Exactly as shown and described. Well maintained. Close to grocery store, resturants, entertainment

Everything needed was at the home. Furniture and beds very comfy. Towels, linens, extra pillows conveniently located. All items needed for food prep, serving and enjoying were in stock and neatly stored in the cabinets. The kitchen layout, new appliances and soft close cabinets were a bonus. The pool area, new deck chairs and roomy lanai made for very enjoyable gatherings for lounging, eating and card games. The solar system kept the pool temperature just right. The garage was very roomy, great for easy access. Everything about the accommodations met our every need. Would go again for sure! The owner and his rep were very professional and extremely comfortable to work with. Very Nice vacation and memories for our family. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay

We have spend a great time at this place. Such a wonderful sunset view and quite neighborhood. Perfect for a family. Very easy communication with the owner. Thanks Todd!

My pool enclosure was destroyed by Hurricane Ian, which was disclosed prior to booking. I also disclosed that I had been on the waiting list several months for a replacement and unfortunately that happened during your stay. My apologies, as I know the construction was annoying for a couple of days. However, I compensated your trip with a free extra day on the end of your stay as agreed.
