Beachfront Villa Sol in private Puerto Bahia community in Rincon. Great location

Modern, open concept 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with beach views and within walking distance to restaurants and several beautiful beaches. Just minutes by foot or car to every attraction Rincón has to offer, plus 500 Mbps of WiFi and a whole-house solar energy set up to avoid any power outages.

Located in the friendly gated community of Puerto Bahía, Villa Sol is great for a quiet family vacation or for anyone looking for prime location and palm trees blowing in the back yard. A community pool with a small auxiliary children's pool provides an alternative to the beach.

The main bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and a shared full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have showers (no tub).

All bedrooms and living spaces have AC and ceiling fans for staying cool.

The back patio fire pit and Adirondack chairs will make for cozy evenings.

Villa Sol provides beach towels and beach chairs. An outdoor, open air shower helps keep the house sand-free during your stay.

The Tres Palmas Marine preserve starts just 300 feet from the Marina Beach shoreline and Maria's and Domes surfing beaches are 1 1/2 miles away. Downtown Rincón, where one can find weekly markets is just a 2-minute drive.

Great stay, good location , nice house

We enjoyed our stay in Rincon. We were able to work remotely ( school also) without a problem. Easy walk to town, to the beach , and to our favorite restaurant. Short drive to surfing. House had all we needed for an extended stay! Property was very well managed. Property manager responded expeditiously!
