Perfect family or group rental with comfortable room for 16. The house is open concept, providing easy access for anyone with mobility concerns. Directly on the canal with immediate lake access through one bridge. A large deck and three season room offer clear views of the canal and bird-watching for relaxing. Friends weekend

We had a great stay, it was everything we needed except more time. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly, and the area is beautiful. Communication with the owner was great replied right back to answer our questions. It is an older house so it comes with all the charm. Thanks again for letting us use your home.

Great Place!

We used the house and the boat dock as a central meeting place for our extended family. We enjoyed meals made in the fully equipped kitchen, we played games in the huge back yard, and we enjoyed an evening fire in the burn pit. Overall, a great week!

I'm a US Navy veteran who works at an engineering firm. I have an adorable nephew and darling niece who live with their parents across the street from this rental property at the house in which we all grew up. I visit often and stay at this house as routinely as I can (when it's available).

Why they chose this property

It's across the street from the house in which I grew up. I love Halls Point and everyone in the area. I want to share this special place with other families to create wonderful memories of their own. My goal is to provide a wonderful family faction spot where my guests return year after year!

What makes this property unique

A quiet, friendly neighborhood. A large yard with nice fire pit. Newly expanded driveway for additional parking. Plenty of space (more than you expect looking at the house!). VERY easily navigable for people with wheelchairs and walkers (wide doorways and open floor plan on the main level).
