We had a great time. We were there for a volleyball tournament and disney. This place was excellent for our family of 6. Plenty of room. House was very clean. The pool was nice. Bedrooms are very spacious. This house has so much room, you aren't tripping over people. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dishware, pots, pans, etc.. I would absolutely stay here again.

Large House in a Great Location!

The location of this property is perfect for a Walt Disney World Trip. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. The price for a week was way less than other homes of the same size…making it a great choice for a long vacation. The pool was fantastic on days we recuperated at home and our fussy teenagers really enjoyed the foosball and other games in the garage. Check in and out was a breeze and the property owner was highly responsive to any questions we had (including help when my MILlocked herself out while we were at Disney). 🤣 Overall a great property with all the conveniences of home.

Home was great!

The home was overall a great home for a family vacation. We had an issue with the dishwasher not working, but Misti was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations to get it fixed. Even though I didn’t think it was a big deal, they got the dishwasher replaced right away, on a weekend no less! I would highly recommend booking with them. Checkin was easy, and check out was easy. No complaints from me!

Nice place with a 30 minute drive to Disney.

Overall nice house. We stayed here for our trip to Disney World with the family. The pool area was clean. The kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook a meal for 10+ guests. Parking is a little scarce on the street and the roads are very narrow. Bedrooms are spacious. I had a few minor issues that were all resolved quickly with local maintenance.

Great for big families

Best choice for big family. Great location. Since we were familiar with the area, driving 30 minutes to attractions was ok. House is huge. Comfortable beds. More than enough linens and towels. Nice outdoor area. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

I would not stay again

Disappointed that this turned out to be not the vacation planned. The lack of empathy from the property manager regarding the safety of this home was saddening. Not what I am use to. Overall could have been better.

Hi Genevieve, I'm completely confused by your rating for this home. You reported that you thought someone kept opening the lock box, which was empty and didn't contain a key to the house as you were in possession of it. When we checked the ring doorbell footage for your entire stay the only people coming in and out were members of your family. You said you still felt unsafe and wanted to leave so we refunded the balance of your stay. I'm not sure how much more we could have done. This home is in a safe neighborhood and we have never had any issues with safety. A staff member was there 3 times in the 3 days you stayed at the home to check on things for you and make sure all the windows and doors were secure. You had no other complaints about the property other than you felt like someone was messing around with the lock box which we proved was not happening.

I absolutely loved the property so did my children and family, communication with management was great I got quick responses and the willingness to accept and fix my little concerns was definitely a plus. Need a better cleaning crew

Pool furniture very dirty, dead roaches found over the house, ants destroyed food in kitchen, only 2 TVs we were able to get to work. Only one trash can for trash for 4 days. Sunflower seeds found in areas over the house, bath tubs had rings around them (black rings). Theater area had 4 remotes so you had to try to figure out which one worked and neither one did, downstairs very nice and cool upstairs felt like the heater was on after contacting management was corrected. Kitchen closet smelt awful like something dead was in it. Toilet in downstairs bathroom made a loud sound had to shake the handle to stop

Hi Sherry, thank you for letting us know. The house has monthly pest control and if there are any issues the company will go back to treat. The county provides one large garbage can and 1 large recycling can for the home, (They are the kind the truck picks up to dump). There are multiple trash cans inside the home. We have repaired the toilet handle in the downstairs bathroom. Thank you again for your feedback.
