Florida Paradise located in The Estates at Legacy Park is spacious and well laid out with quality options that make it stand out from the rest. With a total of 3155 sq/ft under its roof. Every optional extra has been chosen to make this a very special vacation home.

The mastersuite with tray ceiling has been extended with pool access for that early morning dip in the beautiful heated pool and spa.
The pool area has an extended pool deck and large covered lanai

Upstairs is the large second bonus master suite (WIC & BATH).

The living area has a colonnade foyer that has a space for everyone, sit back and watch TV in the family room or just chill out in the living room.

After a hard day at the parks, you deserve to relax in Florida Paradise!

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Beautiful, Spacious Hime, and close to shopping and disney

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience, spacious house near all amenities.Staff from administration to pool guys were very friendly and helpful.House was very cleanOnly issue that I could find was being our first time renting on our own we didn’t realize that we would need to provide paper towels, toilet paper and coffee - I guesse we just assumed it would be like a hotel where they provide all of that - will know for next time!Overall would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again!

Disappointed
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was disgusting. I called and complained to management and got no where. Someone can to the house to fix the jacuzzi and I showed her all the things that where wrong with the house. I understand wear and tear but this was broke down. Stains everywhere walls, floor, couch’s, missing blinds anyone could look right into the house. Management didn’t seem to be concerned with my findings I even sent them pictures.

Only 10 in the property. No hairdryer or iron in property. Got both a day later. Had a problem with the some of the sockets in the kitchen. Was sorted a few days later.

Lack of communication
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had numerous problems with the house and the lack of communication from Florida Spirit homes during our stay. The house had many concerns: Missing blinds in the bedroom facing the street. We needed to put up a sheet for privacy. An icemaker/water dispenser that was unplugged when we got there and leaked all over when they plugged it in. Obviously it had be previously broken and never addressed. The tv in the kids rooms did not work. We called or emailed every other day. They did send 2 workers out both arrived without notice and only looked at the problems. They said they'd need to call in orders. There were broken lamps, hanging smoke alarms, the entire row of outlets by the stove didn't work. We were told three times that we would receive an email discussing compensation for our experience. It never came. No response to emails or texts.The house was not in a gated community so we had fliers left on our windshield. One evening, someone spread wax on our van windows. No idea why. And there were handprints on the garage door where it appeared someone tried to open it. We reported this to Florida Spirit Homes, with pictures, no reply.It's sad because we have used this company in the past and had good experiences. This is why I was so surprised at the lack of response or follow through.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I love the area. I really loved the neighborhood and the house had so much room. The pool was great! The community is very quiet and peaceful! The house could use more cooking utensils, dish cloths, and the walls could use a nice paint job and also probably needs a new air filter. Extra fans or ceiling fans would also be a great touch for guests. I would definitely consider renting this location again.
