Beautiful home and Location

We have a large family and everyone was so happy to be there. It was beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. We loved the location because it was in a secluded area but also close enough to drive into Branson and hang out at Silver Dollar City for the day. I can’t wait to visit again in the summer and the fall. It will be beautiful anytime of the year.

The Lake House

The house was very nice and clean. Its really off the beaten path and actually on Kings River and not Table Rock Lake. But all in all we made it work and enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view.

Great lake house stay!

We came here to celebrate for my 30th, and this was the perfect little get away with a couple of friends! The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner! The lake view was perfect and loved being there while the leaves were changing! So pretty!

Peaceful getaway

The lake house at Arrow Point was beautiful. It was well supplied and met all our needs and then some. I was particularly thankful for the flexibility in scheduling caused by a death in the family. If you are looking for a place to relax and soak in a little lake life, look no further.

Cousin getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend at this nice home. The screened in back porch off of the living room was our favorite spot! Coffee in mornings, relaxing at the end of the day, we had many awesome convos and memories made on the porch. It was a 30 minute drive from the kimberling marina, and eureka springs Arkansas. The home also had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably for the 4 days 3 nights. Would highly recommend!

Loved the lakehouse

The host is wonderful!! The home itself was very comfortable and clean. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the view from the sunroom of the lake. It is almost an hour to Branson but we did not mind the drive. We can see ourselves coming back again.

We had a mini family vacation, and this house is very family oriented and kid friendly of all ages. Truly a beautiful place to disconnect and enjoy family time. Everything we needed was available, just picked up groceries on the way in. A little bit of a drive into Branson but well worth the beautiful scenery. 10/10 recommend.

Scenic getaway

We loved how secluded we were. We couldnt have better views. 7 people and 2 dogs and room to spare. You could easily take groceries and never leave the house. Everything you need to cook a wonderful meal as far as cookware and spices etc are right there. The lake is gorgeous and we loved all the sitting areas outside and indoors. Would love to come again.

Great Stay!

This is a great property for large groups! It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well stocked and the keurig coffee pot was an added bonus! The lake is beautiful. Its a fairly quite spot on the lake and we could enjoy kayaking. We also enjoyed the deck very much. We got to experience some wildlife with many birds, squirrels, and deer passing by.They had lots of chairs to accommodate our group to sit outside at the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and plenty of inside seating options were available as well. Overall, this was a great stay and we would love to return!

Great Stay at the Lakehouse

After five years of living in the Kansas City area, we finally made it down to this part of the state—and we’re so glad we did! Our stay at the lakehouse was excellent. The space was just right for our group of seven, offering plenty of comfort and everything we needed.We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and save on dining out multiple times a day. The three teenagers with us had a great time kayaking on the lake. While lake access could be a bit tricky for older guests, it was manageable and fun for the younger ones.We made full use of the amenities—the kayaks, the smoker, and the deck, the screened in patio and cozy indoor space. The location was also ideal: just 30 minutes to Eureka Springs and about 50 to Top of the Rock and Branson. The drives were scenic and enjoyable, making it feel even closer.Overall, a wonderful getaway spot and a great value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Needs work

The house needs updating. All carpets are stained with pet messes, patio furniture is zip tied together and lake entry is covered in brush and logs. If you plan to stay here make sure you bring enough food to last unless you have a boat it will take you anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to drive to dinner.

Lake access has been limited this year due to all the recent rains. Our home is located in a quiet family area. Restaurants are a bit of a drive but that’s what we love the most. Great time

Really enjoyed the stay. Lovely secluded location. House really well equipped and there were all kinds of spices, rice, Pam spray, etc. in the house (lots of people left lots of stuff over time). TVs all worked, streaming was easy (as long as you remembered your own passwords for Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc.). A/C worked well. Screened porch was lovely as was the open deck. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, plates, etc. The path to the water is steep - really steep and rocky. So a little tricky to navigate if you are older or have any mobility or balance issues. Easier if you are a kid or in great shape. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing setting on the lake. Decks could stand a power wash and fresh paint, but that was the only thing not spic and span on the property.

Not for anyone wanting to enjoy the lake.

Lake was on a VERY DANGEROUS HILL. Could not really see much of the lake thru the trees.I also didn't like how the down stairs (3 bedrooms), had ONE bathroom. The little bedroom downstairs didn't even has a night light to see once you turned off the light. Had to finally take out a half gallon bottle out of the toilet in order to keep it working. The furniture, top and bottom needs replaced. When you sit down you sink to the floor....THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN WE TOOK THE SHEET OFF THE BED LIKE WERE SUPPOSE TO THE TOP PADDING HAD A PEE STAIN! DISGUSTING!

Hi Sherry, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - Although the furniture is in pretty good condition, we are replacing the upstairs living room furniture later this month. The downstairs furniture will be replaced in the future. - The land down by the water is owned by the Corps of Engineers, limiting our control over that particular area. - The view is precisely as shown in the listing photos. We believe in transparent and accurate representations of our property to avoid any disappointments. - As for the bathrooms, the listing clearly states that there are two bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs. We haven't identified any issues with the downstairs toilet, but we'll definitely double-check to ensure everything is in perfect working order. - Each room has a lamp except the bunk room. It has a bug plug-in light, which illuminates the space and helps keep flying bugs at bay. - We replaced the sheets and mattress pads for all beds after your departure, and there were no pads or bedding with stains during your stay.
