It is only a short walk to the county's most prominent public beach access, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire at sunset. Cycle, run, or walk along the beach boardwalk and beach road! This unit is also a short walk from several award-winning restaurants. Being so close to the beach and restaurants makes getting around safe and easy for the whole family.

Silverfin Villa is an energy-efficient ''Earth Cents'' home that will wrap you in luxury. It is pet-friendly and includes a garage, community pool, paved driveway, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, two sets of built-in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, and crown molding. The open living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are ideal for large gatherings. Each level of the home has its own temperature control. Balconies are located off the living room and the second-floor front bedroom. The spacious master bedroom/bath, with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, and oversized shower, rounds out the luxurious features!

We know pets are family, and we welcome some small dogs. Please contact us about the fees and acceptable "fur babies" you wish to bring.

The driveway accommodates two vehicles, and additional parking may be available on the street. Street parking is not assigned and has limited availability.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

A beach cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

We offer discounts for renting bicycles, scooters, and golf carts.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa-quality amenities are provided, including high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. However, it is the guest’s responsibility to provide additional amenities if needed.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. 2 pets max. $350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
