WITH HOTEL FOR PASSES) & a short walk to the WATERFRONT, downtown shops, restaurants & attractions. Recently renovated, fresh clean linens, comfortable beds, HOT TUB, deck with views of park. NO EVENTS, PARTIES-MUST RESPECT HISTORIC HOME & HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY.
THIS IS A HISTORICAL HOME, built on post, beams & timbers over 250 years old, AND ALTHOUGH it can house a lot of guests (because of the bunk rooms in the walkout level) the MAX ADULT OCCUPANCY IS 12. (you can have more if children). I ABSOLUTELY cannot allow large groups, and this can not be a party house, dancing, bouncing, or hosting events on the main floors. NO PARTIES, etc putting stress on the older timbers. Recent nail head in flooring due to old timbers and larger groups have been removed and replaced with screws due to problem with prior larger parties.
POOL/water park is across the street at the John Carver Hotel and you can purchase day passes and its entirely controlled by the Hotel. It is open year round but They limit passes and during COVID may not sell to outside patrons. Please check with the hotel for their current policy.
HOT TUB is on property and open all year.
Surveillance cameras monitor exterior for compliance of the good neighbor policy.
PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

NO LATE NIGHTS, LOUD MUSIC, NOISE. If you are part of larger group/event staying at the John Carver, this house cannot be the host house for all your guests and cannot host large events/parties.
Having a GOOD NEIGHBOR policy is critical for communities everywhere, and managing the relationship with neighbors, plus the other challenges of hosting events, trash, wear and tear on a home of hosting guests is something we prefer to avoid.
You must follow check out procedures which include removing trash limited to the 2 bins provided, stripping beds and starting a load of laundry and dishes.

You are staying in the exact location of the first settlement of Plymouth and steps away from where the Pilgrims settled and built their forts, burial grounds, village and met Squanto to form their relationships with the Indians on this very brook and hill.
The are two separate sleeping areas in the walk out basement, the wooden bunks are left open to the downstairs living room, the white bunk and day bed are closed off by a french door

Directly in The Cultural District and 1 block front the waterfront. On the town brook, directly down town, but somewhat quiet with a back yard and space overlooking the brook.
Can get to most places by foot.
May require 2-3 night min stays for certain peak weekends, holidays... May need to add additional fees if requesting a 1 night stay. Rates may change based on seasonality and manual pricing.
