Family vacation

The place was nice. The pictures on the listing need to be updated. It would have been nice to be notified a head of time that the neighbor was installing a pool, especially knowing I listed I had two 1 year olds staying with us. It was an easy walk to the beach. I appreciated the host left chairs and unbrella for use.

Thank you for reminding me to update the pictures to include the new living room furniture. The pool next-door was supposed to be finished by Memorial Day but weather issues prevented its completion. Prior to completion, the pool area was enclosed with a fence in accordance with Ocean City code. The area is now beautiful and enhances my backyard and patio.

So close to the beach!

8/25-9/1/18 We (3 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our stay and had a great week at the beach! The weather was so perfect! It’s so close, such a short walk to the beach. The house is cute and cozy and is kept very clean. Grassy area outside along with the grill, table and chairs are great to have access to. There’s no driveway but parking wasn’t a problem and we brought 2 cars. Front porch is fun to sit on and people watch. :) Beach chairs, 4 badges and buggies provided are all a plus! Mary is nice and easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. ~Marissa S.

Lovely, charming home

Sweet place with beautiful, original hardwoods. Just two blocks from the beach! Plenty of chairs and beach toys for the kids. And tags! Sleeps 8. The kids loved the attic rooms. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved our stay!

Wonderful beach vacation

This was a really great vacation for my family and I. The location is perfect, being only a few blocks from the beach and pretty quiet / away from the boardwalk. And the house was standalone, which for the price point in the area is really hard to come by. This was ideal for hosting two young families with multiple small children. Mary was great too - very responsive to a couple of our questions and resolved minor issues quickly when we had them. Would highly recommend!

One of the few single family rental properties in Ocean City that is near the beach. We are the second house from the corner making it a closer walk to the beach.

The property is located in a single family zoned block. This means that most of the homes are one family and thus the area is quieter, less traffic and fewer people on "our" beach.
