Newly built in 2018, Solid brick, double glazing, 4 bedrooms, 2 Showers (one in en-suite), 1 Bath, separate lounge, wood burner fire (wood provided) + heat pump/AC, TV, outdoor shower, large deck area, wifi, portacot can be provided.
Situated down a long quiet driveway, 2km from the beautiful golden sandy surf beach of Papamoa Domain. Surf lifeguard patrolled swimming area. 1.5km from skate/bike park.
