About this property

Charming and cozy!!

Bed linen, bath and pillows are provided. Site with private river and pool of natural water. Close to waterfalls, gastronomy and nature. The house is located 10 min. of Praça do Lago, within an area of 45. 000 m2 with lots of green, well for bath and area for ecological walks. We live on the site and, in this way, we can assist our guests in everything they need. Ideal place for adventure or rest listening to the birds. We have 2 more houses on site for rental.

O sítio é simplesmente incrível. Alexandre e Carla são excelentes anfitriões e receberam a gente com toda atenção do mundo. A casa estava extremamente limpa e completa, com todos os utensílios necessários. A piscina natural é uma delícia e o córrego que passa pela propriedade tem um poço muito bom! Fora as duas cervejas de boas vindas e pães frescos em todas as manhãs de nossa estadia! Ah, teve um queijo também! Sou muito grato pela gentileza e pelo carinho com que nos receberam. Foram dias excelentes e com aquela sensação de lar! Voltaremos com certeza!

Genteee que lugar é esse? É o paraíso na Terra! A casa que fiquei para seis pessoas é uma gracinha. Muito bem decorada e com todos os utensílios possíveis e impossíveis! A roupa de cama e banho estavam impecáveis (tinha cheirinho de amaciante). Ovos caipira a nossa disposição carinhosamente ofertados pelos proprietários. E por falar nisso, o Alexandre é fora do comum! Trazia pão quentinho todos os dias de manhã cedinho e um queijo da região (maravilhoso). Queria ficar lá pra sempre! Ahhh gente, só indo lá pra saber a profundidade da experiência e sentir-se grata assim como eu!

Paraíso na Terra

O sítio é um lugar lindo, todo organizado e limpo, realmente um pedacinho do céu, cercado pela floresta, é uma reserva florestal, onde tem um rio que corta a propriedade, deixando o lugar mais encantador, com umas piscinas de água natural descendo direto das montanhas, caminhada ecológica, lugar ideal para quem quer ficar longe dos estresses da cidade grande, junto a família, ou casal, ou namorados, ou amigos , ou crianças e até, seu animal de pequeno porte. Tem outras hospedagem no sítio, lindinhas, meio exotéricas, a casa que ficamos, por fora é uma casa simples e charmosa, por dentro é de uma limpeza impecável, imóvel com acabamentos artesanal, tudo feito com muito carinho, tem capacidade para 06 pessoas, com sinal de wi-fi, televisão, utensílios, roupa de cama, e outros agrados, tudo conforme anúncio. O acesso ao sítio, é só seguir o GPS, que te deixa na porta da propriedade, tem uma estrada de barro, muito tranquila, carro pequeno chega de boa, são uns cinco minutinhos, tem estacionamento, e se precisar, tem comércio por perto pra dar aquele suporte, o ideal é levar tudo de casa, para não perder tempo. O anfitrião, é super atencioso, ele e sua esposa, são pessoas nota mil, super recomendo e já estamos fazendo planos para voltar. Adoramos tudo!!!

Que lugar! Tudo maravilhoso.

As fotos não traduzem o local e a casa como são realmente. O sítio e lindo, muito bem cuidado. Cercado por verde e muita água. A casa e simples, mas de uma limpeza e organização impecáveis. Os donos são ótimos. Atenciosos, só tenho elogios a fazer. Já estou organizando meu retorno. Parabéns para o Alexandre. Dono do local.
