This unit is being made available to Cox friends and family. All that we ask is that you treat it the way we treat it. The unit is easily accessible from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport by a 15min drive on a very nice toll road.

Tajin 4 is conveniently located in the upscale Club Campestre gated community on the Nicklaus golf course. From the Living Room balcony and Master Bedroom balcony you have sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and San Jose. Convenient to downtown, local beaches, surf breaks, grocery stores, and well rated restaurants. The Villa Condo is well appointed and maintained to insure our guests has a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The accommodations are quality construction built in 2010, set back from the noise of the world while still very close and available to explore. Comfort, quality and amenities a plenty. You will settle in the moment you arrive. Like a "home" you will likely find most every need or wish and maybe a few things you didn't even know you would enjoy having!

Both indoor and outdoor space offers tranquil comfort along with the ability to enjoy it like we do! You will find the home well stocked with items of need. Shampoo, paper towels, beach towels, internet, telephone, laundry detergent, just to name a few.

Guest Access
The community pool area is a perfect place to start your exploring. You might find the BBQ area by the pool to be a nice change from the private BBQ on your balcony. Swim while you cook and enjoy dinner at the tables or by the outdoor fire pit. The pool is heated during the winter months and was completely remodeled in April 2018. The onsite gym is well equipped and available for your use. The Campestre Golf Course is easily accessible.

Interaction with guests
The insuite telephone provides service for local calls and the US free of charge.
While we do not reside full time in San Jose del Cabo, we do have a collection of contacts, wonderful neighbors and a bi-lingual property manager.

Other things to note
The property is located in a gated secure community. Walking in the development at any hour is easy and safe. There is underground parking just steps from the elevator. A private secure easy access to golf club or surfboard storage is just a few steps from parking.
