Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, private, luxurious development. Relax on the patio overlooking the swimming pool and the spectacular beach, where you can walk for miles past the many fine resorts and restaurants. Or simply sit by the pool and watch for whales cruising by. You'll love this deluxe ocean-side villa and will appreciate being in its quiet surroundings.
This two-story, two-bedroom/two-bath townhouse has many wonderful amenities, including a large upstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine in or sit out on the patio with beautiful garden and ocean views. The small development has a heated pool and hot tub, beachside fire pit as well as a tennis court.
The excellent location puts you within a short walk of local restaurants and shops including a large grocery store where you will find everything you need. It is also walking distance (approx. 20-30 mins) to the quaint shops of San Jose, and many fantastic restaurants. The beach is uncrowded and offers miles of walking with incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Opportunities for golfing and snorkeling abound.
Golf : This location is surrounded by golf courses. One within a short walk and within a short drive there are several world famous courses to choose from. Enjoy spectacular ocean front golfing with beautiful crisp desert weather.
Explore the Ocean: Small tour companies leave regularly to treat you to some wonderful diving with turtles, sea lions and colorful fish. Don't miss a spring visit to the calving grounds of the whales. Fish for everything from small to huge. Snorkel Santa Maria and feed the fish.
