The condo is luxury and a great big "Wow!" when you walk in the door. The large bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a flat screen tv. There is a bathroom directly off the bedroom and also a half bath. Bathrooms have been updated with granite. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The renovated layout allows you to enjoy the amazing views while preparing meals in the large stocked kitchen also with granite countertops. New tile floors throughout the condo including tile shower. Extra closet space available.
Large 55" flat screen TV in the living room and additional tv in the bedroom with cable channels. Wireless internet is included in your stay. All towels and linens are ready for you to come and make yourself at home. There is even a front load washer/dryer in the unit for your use!
The views from the 14th floor are amazing - come watch dolphins and stingrays playing in the ocean. Enjoy the sunset on the large balcony.
Centrally located near many nightclubs, restaurants, activities - so much to do! The Summit Resort has 2 large pools (1 seasonally heated), kiddy pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beachfront playground, swings in the courtyard, basketball, tennis, convenience store, etc. Tiki bar and Bikini Bob's are steps away for convenience.

As Midwesterners, we love our winters... but also LOVE the beach! We fell in love with PCB and the gorgeous white sand... amazing ocean views... beautiful water... we immediately knew we'd be back!
