LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom gulf front condo is what you need to make your beach dreams a reality. The soft colors in the living room will bring total relaxation. Sit on the comfy couch and look out onto the beautiful sands of Gulf Shores. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything need to make fresh-made meals. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. With room for an additional 2 people at the bar. This condo also includes a full size washer and dryer perfect for washing those sandy beach towels.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the private gulf-front balcony. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a queen size bed and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This vacation rental can sleep up to 6 people. There is a 2nd full bathroom also with a tub/shower combination.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present
