This 3-level retreat is thoughtfully designed to give everyone their own space. The top floor features two cozy bedrooms and a shared full bath. The main walk-in level includes a bright and open living area with two comfy couches, an aesthetic fireplace, and a sunroom that floods the space with natural light — all overlooking partial lake views. The sunroom also includes the dining area and additional seating, making it perfect for gathering.

You'll love cooking in the large kitchen with ample cabinet space, an island, and breakfast bar. Also on this level: a Master Suite with a king bed and private bath, a half bath, laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, garage access, and a lovely outdoor seating area with a gas grill for lake-view cookouts.

The lower level is perfect for entertaining or relaxing, featuring two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, a second living area with flat screen TV, a bar area, and a screened-in deck that leads down to your private dock.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms await — one with two full beds and another with a queen — along with a shared full bath, making this home comfortable for 12-14 guests.

We enjoyed our stay spent lots of time on the dock, fishing not good & dock needs new boards badly

We were hoping for a better fishing spot but waters were low and not good for fishing, dock left us w lots of splinters and needs to be replaced but we enjoyed the clam cove for floating.

Family getaway

Overall trip was great! House was perfect size and great proximity to Osage Beach. Some of the basics in house need to be upgraded; bath towels, kitchen pots and pans, grill. The house overall was clean but hardwood floors need a good cleaning, our feet were very dirty after the first evening. We would stay again!

Nice Property

The property was beautiful but we had problems with the air conditioning the entire time. The kitchen and upstairs stayed about 78 degrees and even hotter if you were cooking. They were 2 men that came out to fix it but never seemed to get it fixed. Plenty of space to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. We were a family of 14. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch.

LOTO retreat

Our group enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in was seamless. The house is centrally located on a quiet cove with a nice boat well. We had nice restaurants and swim-up pool bars within a few miles. Everything was in proper working order and we had zero issues. Will most likely book again.

Great House, Dock and location!

Worked well for multiple families and ages, we spent most of our time on the dock or in the water, it is at the end of the cove so there was very little traffic. A few minor issues, but would stay again!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We had a group of families that stayed here & we had plenty of room. The house is very clean & well stocked. The screened porch is great at night. The dock is very big with a great swing on it. The house is deep in a quiet cove & great location on the lake. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful lake home

My family enjoyed relaxing for a few days at the lake. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook/grill. Bedrooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and linens for everyone. Enjoyed the outdoor table &chairs and the porch swing on the dock. Improvements would only have been to have access to some of the lake floats that were on the lowest level of the home. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs to get to the lake.

Family reunion

We had a great time. Property was well located in quiet cove for swimming, floating, etc. Dock was nice for our boat and hanging out. Accommodations were clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen was well stocked, huge and there was plenty of room to hang out. Check in and out were simple and property manager was easily accessible to answer questions. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful, roomy space throughout home and deck!

Our family had a wonderful time here-we are multi generations. Plenty to do for all! Fishing, swimming and relaxing on the dock. Dining spaces in and outside on the screened in porch. Nice grill and kitchen space. Fun place to read, play games and watch movies. Little challenging to park more than a few cars, but, manageable. We would consider staying here again.
