Priceless Black Hills View!!

Wake up to an amazing view of the Black Hills! This nice location is only 15 minutes from Black Hills Harley Davidson and about 45 minutes to Sturgis area. Nice paved road all the way to scenic Nemo Road. The place is only 15 minutes to downtown Rapid City and is also close and centrally located to Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park areas, National Parks, Pactola Lake and forest hiking trails.
The outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, and playground is available for you to enjoy! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private guest suite includes parking and entrance. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed.
A 65'' 4K HDTV is yours to enjoy with digital TV channels, Netflix, and Prime video along with a Blu-ray player.
The game room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment. The outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use. Lyft and Uber services are available for transportation along with food delivery services.
The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. This Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota and Pennington County.

Nice quiet location and lots of space. We appreciated the kuerig and coffee pods. We did not meet the hosts but that was fine with us. Generally pretty clean but some areas could use a touch up such as light switches and around door handles etc. Check in was super easy and we really liked not having an extensive chore list upon check out.
