Stunning Coastal Dream! We are pleased to welcome 35 Lighthouse Road back onto the rental market after undergoing a breathtaking complete remodel. Everything is new, from the kitchen and baths to furnishings, and all finishes were done with taste and care. Open concept, spacious and with an amazing golf view of the fairway, this 2 bedroom in Seapines couples the perfect location (1/2 mile to the Beach Club and a mile to Harbour Town) and comfort. All of this and pet friendly!

35 Lighthouse features a king master, a queen in the guest and has sofa sleepers allowing for up to 7 people if needed. The open kitchen has all new appliances and a lovely wine cooler. HD smart televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms.
As with all our properties, your reservation includes two complimentary bikes for exploring all the beauty of Sea Pines, a free membership to a local health club, free upgraded WIFI for work or play and free tennis at a local club here in the resort. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Wonderful Sea Pines Villa!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful updated villa in Sea Pines, very close to the beach club and all the other amenities that Sea Pines has to offer! Spending time with our daughter who lives in Sea Pines and our grand-pup was great, we were able to walk or bike everywhere and my husband loved being right across the street from the golf course too!! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Quick ten minute walk to the beach and centrally located to Harbour Town or South Beach Marina. Overall we loved the property. The furnishings were very comfortable, the property was well cared for and the location was wonderful. It was also very quiet. Our only complaint was the number of bugs in the unit including roaches, large caterpillars (? army worms), spiders, ants and various other bugs.

Perfect Spot in Sea Pines!

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head and the spot was perfectly located! A little less than a half mile walk to the beach (easy access with sidewalks) as well as only 5-10 min drive to different parts of the island that you would like to go to. The only thing I would mention to lookout for if you have little ones - both bathrooms are showers, which made bath time a little challenging. Other than that, the place itself is great and hosts are responsive & detailed prior to check-in!

Great set up and location

First time in a long time we stayed in a pet-friendly unit - normally worried about the cleanliness, but we tried it again. This unit was great - perfect set up to put the doggie crate right next door to the back sliding door, and access to back lawn.Only MAJOR thing lacking in our opinion is an outside shower, or at least a hose to keep the unit as clean and tidy as possible. :o)

Wonderful stay overall. Beautiful property, very clean and quiet location. Only complaint is that the TVs in both bedrooms are outdated and are no longer compatible with current streaming services like netflix, youtube, hulu etc. It was a little disapoimting since we like to watch our shows in bed at night but not a big deal. Property management was very responsive and tried to accompdate while we were there but we declined as we didnt want the inconveniece of coordinating during our stay. We will be back!

Awesome Place and pet friendly.

First time visiting Hilton Head. This unit was gorgeous, with lots of natural light and extremely comfortable. Just as the pictures show. On the back patio, you have a small green area, with golf course just beyond. Great place to walk our little dog and sit and enjoy. Beds are comfortable. From the first email to inquire about the property, to the day we checked out, Jessica was extremely helpful, communicating lots of information that made us, including our dog, feel welcome. Great location with lots of things to do and see within walking or bike riding distance. We highly recommend Sea Pines and working with Jessica. We look forward to another visit!

Modern Villa Getaway Close To The Beach

Making the reservation was very easy. I had a few questions about the property and the available dates. The manager of the property got back to me quickly with a response, we even spoke on the phone. The pictures of the property did not disappoint. The TV in the living area was great. The furnishings and design of the villa layout were very up to date. It had a clean, light and bright, fresh feel to it. It had two nice showers, new appliances in the kitchen, even a wine frig. The view was of a nice green space looking out on to the golf course. You can even walk to the beach from the villa. I would definitely recommend this two-bedroom villa for your next vacation to Hilton Head.

Stayed Aug 2019. Very easy to work with Jessica, no problem getting in etc. The 2 bikes that come with the property are key. You’ll want bikes for all (seems to be the main way to get around sea pines). Rentals were only 30 a week for the extras we rented! Place is spacious. Good for pups too! 5 minute ride to beach (very close). Sea pines is awesome if you’ve never been. A community all on its own! Would recommend highly!

Great getaway!

The condo was a great getaway for a small family with a dog. We really liked how open the living area was. Having the bikes already at the property saved the hassle of having to go to the rental shop to rent bikes. The location is great - in between Harbor Town and South Beach Marina (Salty Dog). We would consider staying here again on our next trip to HHI.

Great place to stay!

This villa was great for our family of 4. It is well maintained and included a lot of extras, such as beach towels, chairs, etc. The kitchen includes all of the supplies and utensils needed. The property is located an easy bike ride to many places, such as the beach, pool, harbour town, shopping, etc. Jessica was very helpful with giving us suggestions before we arrived and answering all of our questions that we didn't have to figure things out on our own once we got there. The only downside to this property (which we knew ahead of time) is that there is not a pool on the property. The beach and pool were an easy bike ride for us with kids age 8 and 11 but with younger kids it may make things a bit more difficult. We would definitely stay here again.
