After some years renting and be victimize from landlord I decided to look for a loan to buy a house. This house had been in the market in a good price and it was how we wanted. We tried to sell it several times, but we were not sure there was a good deal. I saw a small house and just to tried I applied without telling my husband, the realtor approved me, and there was a huge responsibility, My husband and I had to be force to repair it and rent it out

What makes this property unique

We having doing a good maintenance to this property. Our tenant love the accessibility, location. Realtors had look the way to get for almost nothing. Is very profitable. Recently we upgrade the kitchen and set a Pergola. It is beautiful. This house is the only one that have a driveway access from north to south, make it unique
