1Bdr condo in the beachfront resort. Resort style amenities. Direct ocean access

Oceanfront building with direct access to the beach. Resort style amenities. Pool partial ocean view ( see the picture) Family friendly one bedroom condo with queen bed and full size bunk bed in the bedroom ( imagine all the fun those kids would have!) The brand new sofa bed in the living room extends into a queen size bed as well 2 TV sets, fully equipped kitchen, large walk in closet. Free WIFI. Parking $100/week, $125/14 days, $150/ 21 days
registration fee $30 ( key fob) per 2 adults

The unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach.
You have to register and you will have access to the GYM, pool and all resort amenities.
Kitchen has all large appliances as well as toaster, kettle and a drip coffee maker. Trash can with the starter bags will be provided.
Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, hand soap and starter toilet paper rolls will be provided
The queen bed and the lower bunk bed will be made and if you need the sets for the upper bunk and for the living room sofa - we will provide those upon request
Iron and ironing board will be provided
3 beach chairs will be provided
Laundry is on the floor and it's $1.85 for either washer or dryer. Close to all area amenities, shops, restaurants, public transportation and right on the beach.

*note: the building requires a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener for your car.

Condo had everything we needed. It is very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. It is not ocean view. Check-in was a little stressful due to being in a different tower. Host very sweet and helpful.

Ideal location for the pool and the beach. Condo was good size for a one bedroom. Enjoyed the few days we were there. Would stay there again for sure!

Great condo!

Location was amazing. Pool and beach access was wonderful. 5-10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Communication with host was great and all the staff at the tides were very nice. The condo itself was a little run down and had very minor inconveniences (front door not able to fully open, couldn’t shut bedroom door) but it didn’t bother us too much!

We had a great time. The location was great. The property is beautiful and Galina was very accommodating. I would say that it would be an improvement if the management company got the landscaping to trim back the palm trees that are blocking the view.

Good vacation

The property was clean and no issues getting in. The building was tricky at first but not a bad experience at all. Pool was great with access to the beach made very easy. Televisions were tricky but we were not there to watch tv! Overall good experience. Communication with owner was great.

We had a nice week at the condo/apt in the Tides and would come back again. Galina was very easy to communicate with via the vrbo site or over the phone. The condo/apt was clean and equipped with what was advertised.

Very Nice Stay

The Tides is a great location and the unit is exactly as pictured. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch most days and then hung out with some family that we have not too far away. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and bigger than I expected (full size and not twins). The closet is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys too - all in good condition. We would consider coming back to this unit if we are back in the area for sure.

Such a great time!

My friends and I stayed here for a last minute trip and loved it. The photos are just as the property actually is. The balcony is super nice. This is super, super close to the beach and the pool. The pool fills up quickly, likely before 8:30 am. The beach is not as crowded as the pool. This property is so much bigger than we thought so that was super nice. Galina is very sweet and super responsive.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I believe a rating of 5 is generous for the room we had and the property as a whole. Too much to cover here. We were disappointed and will not return.

The property was just as described! Area was great. Check in was chaotic. While waiting an extensive amount of time, there was an argument w a guest and office person. security was called. And there was a lot of yelling. Two people behind me cut me in line b/c they needed to check out & not miss a plane. The rest of the stay was great!

Bare Minimum

Soon as you walk in you notice the hand printed dirty sling door, dirty unwashed balcony floor with two cigarette butts to greet us. Very few kitchen utensils, no spatula n can opener. Had to go buy. Dirty forks, glasses and cooking pot with rust all inside the bottom of it. Opened oven to find two pizza pans unwashed with pizza crust still on it n other unusable. Spent day washing everything then went to buy all disposable plates n cutlery spatula and other utensils and pan to use. Out of my pocket. Money I should not of had to use. Couches uncomfortable with divots in it. Stained white comforter n sheets has black marks all over. Nothing washed and only four unwashed bath towels . TV remotes don’t work properly not to mention back n forth with owner on how to operate bedroom TV which we ended up figuring out on our own. We had to buy batteries for both TV remotes but still had to adjust volume on TV itself. Toilet drains every 45 mins accompanied by fridge/freezer noises that sounds like someone knocking on door. Poor view from balcony but that’s not owners fault. AC worked well. No consideration from owner. I text her all the things as soon as I got in unit at check in time and all I got was “oh no” after sending pictures of all the dirty rusted stuff. She did say she could try and get cleaners in next day. I didn’t want strangers in there and we already wasted our day cleaning and shopping for what should have been in the condo advertised. I want my money back!

Great Location, Great Vacation!

Amazing Location, my mom can’t walk well, easiest access to the Beach right past the pool. They do need to give a Key Fob to every Adult in your party. Sad that the kids can’t really play anything at the pool (sign says No balls, toys or flotation devices). Toys and flotation devices ended being allowed, but no balls of any kind. Get out early to get a pool chair or you won’t get one. We had an amazing Time sleeps 5 very comfortably. We loved the 2nd floor, we used the stairs every day. I could go on and on about the amazing location

Nice condo

It's a nice place for 2 adults or a couple with 2 children. Kitchen is well equipped. There's no view of the ocean or the waterways
