Walking and biking distance to farmer’s markets, beaches, restaurants, shopping, bars, yoga studios, hiking trails, Grand Traverse Commons and more. Fenced in yard, grill, solo smokeless firepit, lawn chairs, back deck with patio furniture (perfect for coffee in the morning), covered front porch. Four beach cruiser bikes available for your use. Brand new, remodeled kichen. Cozy living space, internet, dining room, laundry room/mud room with washer and drier. All the comforts of home and more. * Everything new in kichen EXCEPT -waiting on manufacture to install quartz countertops. Installation planned the end of July. Temporary countertops and sink in place until permanent installation.

Family time in TC

Lovely property, close to everything. Traveling with my 83 yr old parents we needed a place that had a first floor bedroom - this was perfect. Great outdoor space, well appointed kitchen.

Cherry fest success

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. I love relaxing on the back deck, in the shade of the tree. My boys played all over the back yard. The home was comfortable and clean. The best part is it was close enough to the festival to easily get there, but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise. Great location to beaches as well. I will be recommending others here.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

The owner was very helpful in every aspect of the rental process. We felt the house was well cared for and a nice place to stay. When we arrived, the house was very clean and inviting. The yard with a privacy fence around the deck was also enjoyable. We felt the kitchen was well-stocked, which made our cooking more enjoyable. The neighborhood was on the edge of town and we walked everywhere--it only took a few minutes to get downtown. We enjoyed the fantastic beaches, Sleeping Bear National Park, the wineries on the Old Mission Peninsula, and the shops, restaurants, and farmer's market in downtown Traverse City. The house was on the edge of a neighborhood on a busy road, something worth noting for light sleepers. The neighborhood was otherwise quiet and relaxed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place!

We very much enjoyed our time here and it was in a great location near town! Back deck is nice and private. Owner available for questions. Only two things I'd note: right on a main street which has a lot of traffic and is noisy. Also, only one bathroom on main floor which is far from upstairs bedrooms.
