This two bedroom, three bedroom home is located in a safe, beautiful community and is only 1 mile from the Costanera Highway. Unlike many hotels and other homes in the Osa region, there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle - all vehicles/cars can arrive here without any problems.
The home has a private pool, high-speed DSL internet, Satellite TV, access to private hiking trails and private waterfalls. If you enjoy golfing San Buenas Golf Resort is a short walk or drive away.

This is a great home for short-term or long-term rentals.
Pets are allowed but a non-refundable fee of $75 is required, regardless of length of stay.
Pak-n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Osa Property Management will be the point of contact for all guests. Depending on the arrival time, guests may meet at the Osa Property Management office in Ojochal or directly at the home in San Buenavenutra.
Representatives from Osa Property Management will also be available via WhatsApp during normal business hours, and in the case of an emergency (property problem, health issue) anytime.
Osa Property Management also has an office located at Plaza Ventanas, Ojochal (look for the dinosaurs!).
San Buenaventura de Osa is located 10 minutes south of Ojochal (and all of their amazing restaurants) and 15 minutes south of Uvita.
It is also located 15 minutes north of Palmar Norte/Palmar Sur. Palmar Norte has several large supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping. Palmar Sur has daily flights to/from San Jose
This is a home with private access.
It is behind an unmanned gate with 24-hour, remote control access past the gate, and entry into the home. Guests are free to leave and arrive any time of the day or the night.
Renters will have full access to the home and the private pool.
There is also a shared rancho (covered grill area) across the street that is shared with two other homes. Availability can be reserved in advance if requested, but is availability on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A private vehicle is necessary to arrive at Casa Tinamou. It is located approximately two miles from the nearest bus stop. It is flat terrain, almost 1.5 miles of pavement from the highway to the house, and the last remaining half-mile gravel. There are neither taxis nor Uber service available in San Buenaventura. Contact Osa Property Management if you need help lining up a rental car or a private driver.
