Unit 4 "Kokomo" is a lovely and spacious apartment centrally located being only a stone’s throw from Happy Valley and a short walk to both Kings & Bulcock Beach.
There are two good sized bedrooms (A King and 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a nicely furnished, comfortable interior. Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony and lounge, or watch the kids play in the pool from the back balcony.
Other features include a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The spacious front balcony also gets the morning sun. The sunny back balcony overlooks a tropical pool with a shared BBQ and seating area. This unit is located on the 1st floor with just one flight of stairs to walk up. There is a lock up garage with direct access into the complex. The garage height 1.75m, width 2.45m.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for taking the time to provide us some feedback on the unit. We apologise if there was a miscommunication with the linen.
Although the property is in a fabulous location, you do provide a linen option, however providing a basic pantry option, gladwrap, salt, pepper and oil for $20 would be an advantage for interstate and international renters. There is no internet or hairdryers which in todays society is expected.
Spacious clean unit, with comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Great location, easy walk to anywhere. Would definitely recommend this property.
Only criticism is the advertised garage height is incorrect. It is listed at 1.98m, but actual clearance is only 1.85m so we were unable to park our 4WD with roof bars in the garage.
Was our 60th wedding anniversary everything was very handy
We had a lovely stay just enough sea view to enjoy having a afternoon glass of wine biggest problem for us being older was to many key's

The property was clean and spacious. It was convenient to the beach and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The only difficulty was parking because our 4WD didn’t fit into the low garage.
