About this property

Unit 4 'Kokomo' is a lovely and spacious apartment centrally
located being only a stone s throw from Happy Valley and a short
walk to both Kings and Bulcock Beach. There are two good sized
bedrooms (A King and 2 single beds), two bathrooms and a nicely
furnished, comfortable interior.

Enjoy cool ocean breezes from your balcony and lounge, or watch
the kids play in the pool from the back balcony.

Other features include a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main bedroom.
The spacious front balcony also gets the morning sun. The sunny
back balcony overlooks a tropical pool with a shared BBQ and
seating area.

This unit is located on the 1st floor with just one flight of stairs to
walk up. There is a lock up garage with direct access into the
complex. The garage height 1.75m, width 2.45m.

Great Unit

Spacious clean unit, with comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Great location, easy walk to anywhere. Would definitely recommend this property. Only criticism is the advertised garage height is incorrect. It is listed at 1.98m, but actual clearance is only 1.85m so we were unable to park our 4WD with roof bars in the garage.

Great location

Although the property is in a fabulous location, you do provide a linen option, however providing a basic pantry option, gladwrap, salt, pepper and oil for $20 would be an advantage for interstate and international renters. There is no internet or hairdryers which in todays society is expected.
