There is a good reason for Caloundra being voted second on Wotif's 2022 Town of the Year. The town has retained the relaxed coastal vibe of a simpler time whilst now being infused with modern dining, bars and boutique retail stores.
The sleepy main street transforms into a bustling market, with food from around the globe every Sunday morning and the esplanade hosts an eclectic twilight market, once a month.

Well appointed apartment. Everything you could need for a short stay. Spacious and clever design. So well situated for restaurants, coffee shops, beachside strolls and fantastic playgrounds. Perfect for young families. We will be back again.

Thanks Anthony for your lovely review. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the not too distant future.
Older style block, but beautifully renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didn't need to get the car out at all. Located very close to the beach, cafes and groceries. The unit is well provisioned with many extras, eg tissues, tomato sauce, toys - don't grocery shop until you've checked out what's there. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything you need in a beautifully appointed apartment, with good ocean views. The only thing to be von joys of is the garage which might not accommodate a sedan with a tow bar/ large SUV
amazing unit...immaculately clean, modern and fresh. location was perfect in the heart of shops and cafes and right on the beach. great view from the balcony and beautiful walk to Kings Beach and Shelly Beach. LOVED IT!!! will definately return. Thanks so much Natalie for being an amazingly welcoming and helpful host.

About the host
Hosted by Natalie
My husband and I host this apartment. We have three teenage children and we love Caloundra. We love the idea of sharing our little haven with others who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of their daily lives. We would love to retire in Caloundra, but we will be working for many years before this becomes a reality.
Why they chose this property
We lived in Caloundra 20 years ago and since then it has held a special place in our hearts. Surprisingly, it hasn't changed much in that time. We purchased this property so that we could share this little gem with our children. This apartment allows us to soak up all that is good about Caloundra. With sufficient space for everyone to relax and rejuvenate, our unassuming, but inviting apartment is the perfect place to holiday.
What makes this property unique
On returning from the beach of an afternoon, you will hear the flocks of lorikeets as they gather in the pine trees that line Bulcock Beach. The sunsets over the Glasshouse Mountains can be spectacular all year round.
