It was a good place to stay. Davenport is a nice area. The location was pretty secure, we felt really safe since you have to actually drive into the community by getting pass a security guard. But Davenport is far from everything that we had planned. The traffic was horrible so it took us forever to get to the Disney parks and Universal Studios parks every day. It will not take you 15 minutes to get to any theme park. You have to factor in the traffic, which is the worst part. To get to a theme park as soon as it opens you have to leave the house at least an hour early to give yourself time to go through the traffic. You can only get to a theme park in 15 minutes with literally no traffic. I feel that property description needs to be changed and updated. Ad also advertises the resort, but doesn't say that it has its own fee so you have to pay extra for that if you want that. Also, we were only supplied with the initial roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so we had to buy extras just to have additional rolls. That was a bit odd for us to comprehend. Unless this is a normal Florida thing(?) I've never encountered this limitation from years of renting homes for vacations. But overall it was okay. Community was nice, house was nice, it was just far from everything.
