Studio Rosa among pines and beach

This studio apartment is just 1min walk from the endless strip of beach. We are all about location here. Whether you have a baby and need shade of pines, want to learn how to kyte or windsurf or just lie on the is where you should stay. We have a parking spot for you and a place to leave your surf-boards. Supermarkets are all 5min walk from our place and it is an equal distance to Zlarni rat beach and city centre (10min walk). The studio offers a small kitchenette with a stove, sink, dishes, cooking utensils , toaster, kettle, fridge and even all of the cooking essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar for your convenience. We like our guests to feel like they are at home and we want them to fall into the relax zone as soon as they arrive.
The studio has a separate entrance but it is attached to our holiday house so we are always there to offer a helping hand.

The studio has one 160×200 bed, and a 140x200 matress on the Gallery. This Gallery sleeping is suitable for children aged 12 and up. The studio is suitable for babies too. We can provide a baby crib that can be confortable for toddlers too. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate kids between age 3-11 as we do not have adequate sleeping arrangement unless they are in the 160×200 bed. That's all from us! Let us know if we can be of help!
