Beautifully finished villa on one level fully renovated and tastefully furnished. Large American-style handmade kitchen fully appointed with vaulted ceiling and Velux skylight. The breakfast area seats ten. Double fridge with an integrated ice-making machine. The kitchen leads to the study and entrance lobby. Separate laundry with washing machine, drier, steam, and ironing board. Master bedroom with king-sized bed has on suite. There is a further double bedroom and twin. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The kitchen and lounge have an integrated sound system operated by a 55" curved LG Smart TV served by UK decoder. (French TV available. Bose surround system).
New Fiber WiFi
The Stone terrace can be accessed from both the kitchen and lounge and through
bi-folding doors. The terrace overlooks a newly lined, 12-meter x 6-meter heated swimming pool in a tranquil setting overlooking the forest. There is a stone table on the terrace and two outdoor couches. There is some gym equipment available in the garden, a ping pong table, hammock.

There is sufficient off-road parking for six. The property is accessed through electric-coded security gates.

The pool is internally lit and there is plenty of outdoor lighting.

Nice House

NIce house in a quiet area. The silence was however broken by a lot of noisy from the pools waterpump. the house is for 6 persons, but there was only 4 sunbeds and 5 chairs for the table outside.

Maison comprenant tout le nécessaire pour passer des très bonnes vacances !!! Environnement au calme à proximité du Fayence et de Seillan. Parfaite communication avec le propriétaire et son équipe.

Skønt sted

Vi boede en uge i Simons hus og det var bare fantastisk. To voksne og tre unge mennesker 16 år til 20 år. Alle nød opholdet. God beliggenhed, 4 min i bil til bageren, 8 min i bil til stort supermarked og 10 min i bil til lille hyggelig by med marked hver tirsdag, torsdag samt lørdag lige ved kirken. I huset er der alt hvad man skal bruge men specielt terrassen og poolen gør at vi også næste år vælger dette hus. De få gange vi har haft brug for at få fat i Simon har der været hurtig respons. Absolut anbefalesværdigt.
