In the heart od untouched nature, our summer house is located on the sunny, uninhabited southern bay of the island. It is ecologically sustainable house. Being the only house in the bay, "Paradise point" is an ideal destination for those who want to relax, and escape everyday stress.

This turquoise oasis enthuses untouched nature, clear sea, pebble beaches, offering visitors privacy, and it is four kilometers macadam away from the first inhabited place, the Gornje Selo (Upper Village).

This house is carefully architecturally designed to optimize energy use. So, House has three terraces; morning terrace, porch and afternoon terrace from which a fascinating view of the stellar sky is provided at night. The interior consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two toilets.

The particularity of this house is in the fact that it is completely ecologically sustainable, renewable energy sources are used. Electricity is generated through photovoltaic system (solar), and water is exclusively collected rainwater. This certainly means that, while staying in this house, it is necessary to behave responsibly towards energy products. So, you can not use electricity devices which spend over 350 watts, like iron, hair dryer and similar...

Mediterranean summer is waiting for you- swimming, diving, exploring the coast, sunbathing on deck chairs, where you will be able to completely bounce the birds and crickets.

Hello, this is me and my husband Luka last October, while we were taking care of our olive trees. They grow in front of our summer house, which is a real mediterranean place, built to have perfect relax and full detox in pure nature, just 20 meters from the beach.

We live in city of Split and every weekend, just after work, we go straight to the island of Solta, to our heavenly oasis.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefit is its prime location, this is only house in the beautifull natural bay..
You can enjoy in the view, listening the sea sitting on the front porch, or from the living room.... However full relax and complete detox is guarantee
