The bed is NOT a queen. It’s a full (or double). Thankfully we are both small. The host didn’t communicate at all, but it ended up not being a big deal. I’m just saying so others know. The location is amazing! We never had to get in our car. The house was clean, well kept up, the a/c was working really well. I would definitely recommend (but also factor in the bed size)

Location was fantastic!! Walking distance to local shops and restaurants was just around the corner. The Riverwalk was walking distance also, though we choose to drive. The house itself was very spacious! Having a full-size kitchen was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Need new curtains in the bedroom to cover the windows. Needed a very good cleaning and a few repairs. The courtyard was a nice size but a little messy. Was too hot to sit outside for the most part. Onsite parking was great to have. You have to pay parking going to different locations. Pet friendly. My Yorkie felt right at home. Had a couple of questions for the host and she was very quick to respond. Would consider staying again. Thanks for a special week. Anniversay and birthday !! :-)

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, with that Savannah feel to it. It’s a great location which is what was most important to us. All of our favorite places are in walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if it’s available.

The unit is off a small private tree lined patio garden. It is nicely furnished and well maintained. Management staff were super friendly. A short walk to the river front and Broughton. Near great restaurants.

Wonderful location in the center of the Riverfront are of Savannah. Everything is walk-able with fine restaurants and parks readily available. The onsite parking is a very good plus for anyone staying inside the Riverfront area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely and clean. Great location. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would say, is if you are bringing more than two people, the pullout couch does not have a mattress on it. It is just the wirery mattress holder with a mattress cover on it. You can feel the all wires. Very uncomfortable.

I was in Savannah for a work conference and truly enjoyed being so close to River Street and being able to easily walk to and from the conference location every day. I also appreciated all the amenities within walking distance, including food, shopping and parks. One great bonus was the ability to bring my dog, and he enjoyed being able to walk to all the parks with my husband. We will definitely look to rent this unit when we return to Savannah in the future!
