We really enjoyed our stay. The space is small but ample and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Anna was quick to respond to our question and provided detailed instructions for arrival and during our stay. The place is clean and the location is great with nice view of the ocean and the pool. Would stay again.

This place was great. It was clean, newly renovated, and everything worked as it should. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. It was right on the beach, which is where we spent the days and it had a great pool which is where we wrapped up the nights. We’ll definitely book this place again.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Beach view was great. Host responded immediately to questions. Property was beautiful and very clean. All the pool amenities you could ask for and direct beach access. Very family friendly. Would definitely stay here again Cons- the added fees. Room rate alone is very reasonably. But the added fees for 2 nights, was over 200 for little over 500sqft. Ridiculous, in my opinion.

Great location! Not having to cross busy street to get to beach was awesome! Nicely furnished, clean, and having a washer was a nice extra. The pool and hot tub area were cleaned and well taken care of. Also being away from the busyness of the strip and having a manned guard shack were peace of mind. Owners, Anne and Gary, were quick with info, and if we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely check for its availability.

Grateful for communicative and helpful hosts! Loved having a view of the gulf and a clean place with a kitchen and good internet to hang between visits to the beach. This complex is super family oriented which means it is loud with many late-night pool parties. My kids were quick to ask why others were not following the "10pm quiet rule". The bunk beds were great. Close covered parking was really nice and having an elevator on property was clutch getting items up and down three flights.
