The beach is not crowded, amazing view. Watch Beautiful sunsets right from the condo. Just see the map, you are right on the beach surrounded by water, yet you are within civilization and have everything you need daily that you don't have to miss.

Spring Break

The property was great!!!! Loved the access to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay again. Only downside, which has nothing to do with the property or the owner, is the traffic. Otherwise, great place in a great location for the beach!!!

Great View and Access to the Beach

This 1st floor condo provided 10-sec access to a pristine beach on the Gulf since we love our beach walks and water exercises. Facilities that we used such as kitchen, a/c, wifi, and showers were first rate. Appreciated easy communication with the owner(s). Would like to see some upgrades which we communicated to them. All in all we had a wonderful 14-day experience in this Siesta Key condo.

I am a Computer Consultant by profession. I bought this beach property to get away from daily stress, responsibilities and detach myself from routine mundane activities and tasks to make a living. This place gives me the relaxation and a higher perspective of life. This place reminds me of the real nature and age old existence of this planet and the universe rather than the artificial world we humans spend most of our time.

Why they chose this property

Literally right on beach! Open the back door and you are ten steps away to the beach!

Has full size washer and dryer in the unit, so that you don't have to walk to compete for the common washer&dryer carrying your clothes to wash and dry. This is a great convenience especially while the airlines do not allow a lot of luggage these days; and staying at beach house can require washing more than you plan.
