This four-bedroom beach cottage has an expansive living area offering an indoor lounge and dining area leading onto an outdoor entertaining deck area with an enclosed back yard. The Beach and family atmosphere are only two of this property’s many attractions. This property has that Beach Shack feel about it and is located only just a short stroll to Bennett's Beach.

The property has high ceilings, timber floors and a central atrium with thriving palms offering privacy between the segregated bedrooms.

The lounge room has a large screen TV, DVD and sound system. A spacious kitchen has room to move and space to cook with a double duty island bench serves as a workstation and snack bar, also equipped with dishwasher and microwave.

Absolute disappointment

For one the place falsely advertised it had working airconditioning but upon arrival this was not the case. The weekend we went away was freezing and when I contacted the Tea Gardens Real Estate they just didn't even seem to be bothered. They later called and admitted fault on the aircondioning stating 'A new one was meant to be installed ages ago' and then offered two small/broken heaters for four fully occupied rooms. The whole stay was severely uncomfortable due to the lack of heat. I tried contacting and emailing after my stay to discuss my issues and was simply ignored. I am absolutely disgusted and feel as though I can never trust Stayz again.
