This fabulous 2 storey home features modern touches throughout. The best part is it's in one of the most sought-after streets in Hawks Nest.
Situated in the perfect family friendly location, with all the features needed for a great holiday, this home has so much to offer as well as being close to beaches, shops and golf course. This 3-bedroom townhouse has its own private courtyard, great for the family BBQ. Only a short walk to the surf beach and shops. Open plan living areas with practical well-equipped kitchen complete with lots of cupboard space and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms upstairs with built in robes, the main has an ensuite. A second bathroom is centrally located with a lovely bath, as well as a modern shower and vanity, while the toilet is separate.

-Maximum 6 Adults.
-Ducted AC upstairs, Split system AC downstairs.
-No Wi-Fi.
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

Courtyard untidy
Good but property was not tidy at the rear and we had to sweep up courtyard to make usable. It was clear that no one had been on the property for a week or so to address or check.

Great location, lots to explore
We had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed both Bennett’s beach for the waves as well as Jimmy’s beach for ocean swims. Nice property and the real estate agents were very helpful when there was an issue with the garage door. Would stay again!
