To Ski, or Not to Ski 1BR/1BA at Mountain Green

Our vintage, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, located just steps from Killington Mountain in the main building at Mountain Green Resort, offers unbeatable convenience for your Killington vacation. While the condo has not been renovated, it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a queen bed, a sofa bed, and easy access to resort amenities. Enjoy the seasonal shuttle to the mountain, free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, a gym, pools, hot tubs, sauna, restaurant, golf, skiing, and more (see seasonal schedule below).

Amenities & Info:
Gym: Open daily.
Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room: Open on weekends only through Thanksgiving; open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
Free Shuttle Service: Every 15 minutes to the resort from Thanksgiving through March, and only a 7-minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
Outdoor Heated Saltwater Pool, BBQ Grills, Fire Pit: Open from mid-June to mid-September between Buildings 1 and 2.
Tesla Destination Chargers: Available in the upper Snowshed parking lot. Non-Tesla EVs can use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking not allowed.
Flexible Check-in/Check-out: Depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out available for an additional charge.
Contactless Check-in/Check-out: Smart locks with door codes provided.
Pack 'n Play and High Chair: Available upon request (please let us know in advance).
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 75 feet away from the building. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.
Family-Friendly & Occupants 25+: No parties, large groups, or events allowed.
No Pets Allowed: Unauthorized pets will incur a $450 fine.
Laundry: Community laundry rooms available in each building (no in-unit washer/dryer).
Winter Maintenance: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup (required by the HOA).
Well Water: The town has well water with high mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you prefer.
Non-Operational Fireplace: Wood-burning fireplaces are not available for use.

Winter Travel: Weather can be unpredictable. We recommend all-wheel drive, winter tires, and purchasing travel insurance. We do not offer weather-related refunds.
