A beautiful, coastal 4 bedroom home, perfect for 1 or 2 families travelling together with kids or a large group. Even more perfect if you have the inlaws or a couple travelling with you who require extra privacy, if the Bungalow is available you can book the whole lot!

Plenty of living spaces with a sundrenched deck with outdoor dining, massive media room, swimming pool, 3 TV's, bunk beds for the kids & much more!

Beautiful open plan living, walk into the foyer, and onto the living area with kitchen, massive walk in pantry and a dining table fit for the size of an army! Just off the living area open the sliding doors into the media room with in built surround sound system and massive TV. Just off the living areas and kitchen is your lovely sundrenched deck with outside dining, lounge & BBQ. Walk down the hall to the bedrooms, Bed with a queen and double storage built in wardrobes, next to queen room you will find bed 3 with the brand new bunk beds, (single at top and double at bottom with another single pull out trundle underneath, again with double built in robes. The bathroom remains central next to these 2 rooms with a spa bath included! Bed 1 is your main bedroom with a king size bed, enormous walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower & toilet! Bedroom 4 is the double bed with another built in robe, and has an access door to the 2nd bathroom also. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, with the entire house also having ducted aircon .The laundry includes the dryer and washing machine also. Just a stones throw away from the Jetty & Park Beach, which will lead you to all the best restaurants, hotels, wine bars, beaches, swimming holes, tourist attractions, walking & cycling tracks & more.

You have your own entire home to relax in. Plus your own private swimming pool, shared only with Bungalow guests. If you book both the house & bungalow you have the pool all to yourself! You have your own BBQ, all utensils, linen and so much more. We give you the keys and away you go!

Brodie Drive neighbourhood is very safe, family friendly suburb. All flat land so you can ride your bikes, walk, skate, or push the pram with ease! Its the perfect distance to the jetty and Park Beach. Coffs creek surrounds us and all the patrolled beaches are minutes away! A great kids park, surf club, canoe hire, surfing lessons.

Great place, close to Coffs creek, walkable to the jetty and wildlife sanctuary. Place is huge, good sized living area with cinema room and all bedrooms a good size, two decent bathrooms. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen for self catering, tea, coffee etc also provided as well as shampoo, body wash in the bathrooms. Utility area for washing clothes as well. Didn't try the pool as it was too chilly while we were there however seemed like a nice area. Outside seating was comfortable and again nice large deck area.

Loved our stay at this house with our family and children - great supplies of everything and very clean. Pool was perfect for young kids and location so close to the best swimming spot for kids in Coffs! Theatre room was great for the family and Everything we needed was in walking distance - coffee, food, shops. Highly recommend.

Easy to organise the stay. House had everything we needed except bedside lamps. Unfortunately, we are all too old to climb up to top bunks so we had to organise a bed in the television lounge.

We booked the house and bungalow for a family event- it was a fabulous comfortable space. The outside entertainment area with bbq was perfect. No one felt as though we were on top of each other. It had ALL the gadgets and goodies to make it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you 😊

This property worked really well for our two families with two seperate areas / bedrooms & bathrooms. More off street parking would’ve been good and the mattresses were not good but otherwise a good stay.

Amazing place!!!

Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a week late November 2024, and it was absolutely lovely. The house itself was neat and easy to maintain. Great destination with shops, beaches and the ‘river’ (as we called it) close by. We didn’t book bungalow along with the house, so had other people staying in there at the time whom were all lovely and great with sharing the backyard and pool area . Owners were a pleasure to deal with, our only (extremely minor) issue was getting the key from the lock box, but owners were very quick to respond and helped us navigate the lock box. Would highly recommend this house :)

This is an excellent house in a quiet, lovely street close to town, shops etc. 4 adult women in Coffs fir a week-long conference snd we were all very comfortable. Multiple living areas including a great outdoor space (although we didn't use it or the pool because it was wet and we were a bit busy). Would be great for a longer stay, lots of room. Great owner, very responsive. Recommend it highly.

Awesome Golf Trip to Coffs

Organising a Golf trip for my 85 year old father with our regular Saturday four, meant we needed comfortable accomodation that felt like home. The beach house exceeded all our expectations. It allowed a perfect bedroom/ensuite for Dad (perfect for retiree age), with access for me (son) to the same bathroom from an adjoining bedroom. For the two other Golfers, their bedrooms allowed privacy (and distance between the battle of the snorers) with their own private bathroom. A huge kitchen flows beautifully to an enormous dining area, with room for many! The media room was off the charts and was a great way to decompress, drink some beers and talk about all the missed putts. The Alfresco entertainment area was also incredible. The house is close to everything with either a brisk walk or short drive to food, pubs, coffee etc. Guests were also staying in the Bungalow (second dwelling on the property), with zero impact to us. If you are thinking about booking this accommodation,, stop thinking and book before it is gone! I would book again in a heart beat. Tracey is an awesome host. We needed to change dates due to a medical issue with one of our Golfers. Tracey made it stress free and was very accommodating.
