It is a quiet environment with a school and a park as it is in the city center but not facing the main street.
The Tenjin Festival venue in July is right in front of you.
It is efficient and convenient for sightseeing in Kyoto, Nara and Kobe starting from here.
As it is only one floor one room, we do not mind sound of the next room either.
Please use for various scenes such as parties, launch meetings.
