Guest access
Guests have full private access to the apartment and front yard. Any restricted areas are clearly labeled and/or locked.

**FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN**
Families are welcome. An additional security deposit may be requested for children under 12. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (4 most comfortably): 2 on the king bed and 2 on the queen Murphy bed. Air mattresses are available for additional guests (extra fee). Please inquire for setup options.

**TEMPERATURE CONTROLS**
The apartment includes heating and cooling on both levels for year-round comfort.
Upper level: electric convection heaters and a window A/C unit (installed seasonally).
Lower level: convection and space heaters, plus a portable A/C and dehumidifier during warmer months.

**LENGTH OF STAYS & DISCOUNTS**
Longer stays may require an additional security deposit. Short-term bookings are typically not accepted several months in advance. Pricing is set competitively for the area and already reflects weekly and monthly discounts, so additional discounts are not offered.

**PETS**
Pets are not standard, but small pets (under 60 lbs) may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee ($25/night or $100/month per pet). Service and support animals require appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to pets.
