About this property

Amazing views of Vail Mountain from your balcony on the fourth floor of Lionshead Village. You can easily walk to the ski school, Eagle-Bahn Gondola, Chairlift 8, restaurants, bars and retail stores of Lionshead and Vail. This three bedroom condo is delightfully and tastefully decorated. Updated and a decor' that gives you a welcome feeling when arriving. The owner is a artist so the artwork is very unique. A large entrance with plenty of room to hang coats and remove your boots and other ski gear. There is a King bed in the Primary bedroom with it's own bathroom on the main floor. Then the second bedroom has a King bed and third bedroom has 2 double beds. These last two rooms share the bathroom on the second floor. The third bathroom is on the main floor near the dining area. This bathroom is a full size bathroom with a steam shower. The open living room, kitchen and dining room is large and spacious, great for gatherings and entertaining. In the dining room you will find large widows with a scenic view that provides beautiful natural lighting. This two level condo also has a washer and dryer in unit.

Memorable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! This is the fourth time renting this unit; had issues with upstairs shower each stay...mentioned to management. This recent stay was told Not to use this shower, this was a real inconvenience with 7 people trying to get ready. I would think the owner would credit me something for the inoperable shower and inconvenience !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful, spacious unit. Beautiful views of entire mountain. Well appointed kitchen. Very practical,roomy foyer,made for skiing. Only negative is terrible shower. Almost impossible to regulate temperature. This comes from using ' no name's shower body ( hot/ cold controller). Sally at front desk was especially helpful.

Perfect Location!

Overall a great stay! Kudos to the onsite management company for their flexibility & helpfulness. Some of the condo’s furnishings are somewhat worn & tired-looking, specifically the sofas which sag & the coffee table is wobbly. Beautiful dining area. Couldn’t ask for a better location & wonderful management.

Great place that needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and decor of the unit were great. However it had some maintenance and condition issues that brought it down. The biggest issue was a musty smell from the closet in the master bedroom. Other issues were windows that had no screens and some would not open. The master bed was uncomfortable. It is a well decorated and updated unit and the location was great.

We never received the any cleaning services which were supposed to be included with 1 week rental.2. No air conditioning and the apt did stay hot at night3. Smoke alarm broke and was never fixed. Beeped all night one night
