AGE RESTRICTION : Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.


PERSONAL INFORMATION: *Your personal information - GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID is required upon check-in.


PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off any fans and air conditioner. Shut and lock all windows. Return Parking Pass and keys into the bag on the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules and regulations must be followed as stated on our website and rental agreement to guarantee return of security deposit.
MUST FOLLOW ALL THE WASAGA BEACH BY-LAWS. ESPECIALLY THE NOISE RESTRICTION RULE -quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
All guests MUST conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and NOT offensive to the neighbours.

Fantastic location! Stay right on the sand. No shoes required!😊 Far enough away from the huge crowds but just a stroll to the main beach for ice cream. Perfect sunsets every night! Very accommodating and friendly staff and owners! Thanks Connie and Susan. Perfect family getaway!!

Exceeded Expectations

The cottage must have been recently renovated as the pictures showed old paneling but all bedrooms have had an update with fresh paint and the furniture has been replaced with a lovely set. Everything was clean and the shower was great. Perfect location with just a quick stroll along the beach to the main strip. We will be back again. Thanks.

My family stayed for 2 nights and had fun. It's located right at the beach area so there's no need to haul so much stuffs to swim in water and lounge in the shore, especially with young kids in tow.

Great location and enjoyable stay!

We rented Cottage 13 for a couple nights. We loved the location as its literally right on the beach. Nice, secluded spot and great spot for familiies. Check in was smooth though would have appreciated a person ( in person) to communicate with for a couple questions that came up. Really enjoyed ourselves and looking at going back next year!
