Pictures don’t do justice for the location of the property. The house is nestled into the trees and it’s just breath taking! Very clean and cozy!

Plenty of space and everything needed for a weekend getaway
After working with the property contact (who was very helpful and prompt) to resolve issues gaining access to the community (guards at the gate did not have all names that were listed on the reservation), the house was easy to find and nestled into a private woodsy hillside. It was so nice to have the garage and extra parking, coffee waiting for us, and plenty of space in the large bedrooms to spread out and relax. Appliances worked well, linens were stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen.
A few things to note about this property... the deck was filthy and in need of painting/staining. We did not enjoy as much time on the deck as we had planned with such a serene setting backed to woods. The screen door was old and needed repair. The bugs snuck in until we noticed this and kept the sliding door closed after that. The garage and front storm doors are also in need of repair with the springs missing so they swung wide open. The house had been cleaned (we could smell the lemony freshness when we arrived), but not as thoroughly as I'd like. The microwave had food chunks stuck in the inside, flatware in the kitchen drawer had food stuck on some of it, the toilets were obviously not cleaned on the outsides in either bathroom, and the floors had several visible sticky areas in the kitchen and dining area that we cleaned using clorox wipes ourselves. It was also just a bit grimy; light switches for jobs, walls, etc. Also, the dishwasher was full of cleaned and wet dishes that we had to put away. Beware of the wobbly and worn out dining chairs. One had a broken back to it, although we didn't mind since there were only 3 of us and 5 other chairs to use.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Recommend hiring a handy person to make minor repairs to this high potential home and improve the cleaning methods to take this property to the next level.

The house was in a great location, it was very pieceful, and quiet . The house was very clean, love
Everything that we needed to feel right at home was there the only thing I had to supply was food and drinks. The owner of the property really put in consideration of all the vocational needed it was an awesome State and me and my family really enjoyed ourselves and I would definitely love to go back no questions asked anytime I applaud owners we had an awesome stay loved it thank you very much for allow us to enjoy your home.
Hot Springs Village Denim & Diamonds Golf Tournament
Had a wonderful time golfing with friends and staying at the house. House could have been a bit cleaner. Found a few bugs in the kitchen and a spider in master bathroom. There was oil in the floor in the garage, but we cleaned that up so we wouldn’t track it in the house. Overall rating was good.
the stay was peaceful and relaxing, so enjoyed the jetted tub
the only super small problem was there was a different picture online before i booked it and after my stay the exact pictures of the house showed up online, but it was still lovely thanks for the relaxing weekend so needed it
The property was very cute. It was not on the lake like we were thinking, the lake is a nearby drive, but the pictures make it seem like it is a quick easy walk. So that was a bit dissapointing. However the house was quiet ans nice. The front bedroom’s bed was very very hard, that was the only bit downfall that we would say. Thanks for letting us stay!!
Morning coffee on the deck was beautiful. We loved sitting out there during the rain. We watched a doe and fawn walk through the woods. The home is very roomy and was the perfect getaway for our family.
Kerrianne, the property manager was responsive before and during our stay. This was a birthday girls getaway trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We plan on returning.
We wanted something quite with a beautiful view. This home provided what we were looking for. It was perfect for my lady friends and I. Thank you for the good experience.
The area and home are beautiful! The house looks just like the pictures and was very clean. The manager was wonderful and open to suggestions about getting more skillets, pans, and pillow tops for the two mattresses in the smaller bedrooms. If the manager and owner follows through with the suggestions this house would be excellent! We did enjoy our stay here!
The outside could use some tlc. Did not look like the pictures on internet. Had trouble with the TV the first 2 nights, and could not lock the patio door. Had to get the manager to come lock the door. Over all the house was very nice. Great location. Drinking coffee on patio was great, seeing the animals walk through the woods. Beds were comfortable.
We took my mom for a weekend stay for her birthday. The check in process was good and the home looks just like the pictures. This is a great property but could use some updates. It is in a great location not far from the lake. The main bathroom toilet kept stopping up and the furniture was very uncomfortable. Especially the beds. The mattresses were hard and the sofa sat very low with hard cushions. The kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans so be sure to bring your own if you plan to do some cooking. Aside from the bathroom and the furniture this property has potential to be a great stay.

LaTonja, the homeowner would like to share the following message:
"We thank your family for choosing our escape to celebrate your Mom’s birthday. As hosts, we take your experience to heart and appreciate your observations.
Our kitchen is large with quite a bit more cabinetry than our guests may have been accustomed to. We would like to assure our future guests that our kitchen is well equipped.
We furnished the house with beds of varying firmness to provide a choice. This is something we discovered during our travels and appreciated especially when traveling with a group. Our sofa is a sleeper sofa and certainly something we can address.
We provide our guests with a 24 hour, in the neighborhood, personal concierge for any issues which may arise – including appliances or plumbing.
Thanks again for your review and we always encourage our guests to review their stay!" Best, the Evolve Team
