Location, location location! Updated spacious property managed by Capewide Vacations home with 4 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. Lots of open spaces for families and friend to spread out and enjoy. Bright, airy and open.

Take in the ever changing hustle and bustle of the Hyannis Harbor. Enjoy the ferries & all of the fun daily activities of of the area or retreat in the private backyard for peace & tranquility amongst all the beauty. Once here, just park your car and explore the area! There are 3 parking spaces, no street parking.

Walk to the ferry terminals for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, or catch a chartered fishing boat or whale watching boat. Walk to so many restaurants, shops, beaches, town landing, parks, yacht club & so much more.

BARNSTABLE BEACH PASS (e.g., Dowses, Craigville, Kalmus, etc.) will be included for all stay 5 nights or more. The closest is beach is 1/2 miles from the house. Many more beaches are within 1-2 miles from house.

Family vacation

This was a great setting for a family vacation. The house is conveniently located near several nice beaches, tennis courts, the charming town of Hyannis, loads of restaurants, and the Nantucket ferry. In fact, you really don’t need a car once you arrive. The house is spacious and has lots of common space for board games, puzzles, meals, or work. Outdoor space is perfect for meals, morning coffee, or cocktail hour. The kitchen is well equipped, and the host does a good job of stocking it with staples. We had a great week — even the weather cooperated!

Comfortable place with excellent walkability

Beautiful home with comfortable spaces for our family group of 3 couples and one teen. Location is terrific for walking to the harbor, Main Street, and the water. Kim was a fabulous host: could not have been friendlier or more responsive.

Amazing Property by the Water

What an amazing location with lots of great features. Plenty of space for large families and groups. View and feeling on the deck was magical while the walk to nearby Main St felt so easy at this location. 5 stars.

Lovely House. Great location.

The house is near the harbor, but people and traffic did not bother us as the street is very quiet. This house is bright and spacious. Seven adults all very comfortable. Beds seem to be new. Nice and firm, very comfortable. We enjoyed restaurants walking distance from the house. Beaches very accessible with parking pass. We would be happy to return some time in the future.
