This updated, spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (plus an outdoor shower!) is the ideal spot for families or groups of friends. With plenty of open space and a bright, airy atmosphere, everyone will have room to unwind and enjoy a truly memorable vacation.
Unbeatable Location: Nestled in the heart of Hyannis Harbor, you'll be surrounded by the lively sights and sounds of the harbor, with ferries coming and going and plenty of activities to enjoy. For a more peaceful experience, step into the private backyard where you can relax in serenity or enjoy a game of bean bag toss or mini golf.
Once you arrive, park your car in one of the 3 available parking spaces and leave it there—everything you need is just a short walk away! Walk to the ferry terminals for exciting day trips to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, or hop on a fishing or whale-watching charter. Enjoy local restaurants, shops, beaches, parks, and the yacht club—all within walking distance.
Beach Access: A Barnstable Beach Pass (good for Dowses, Craigville, Kalmus, and more!) is included with any stay of 5 nights or more. The closest beach is just ½ mile away, with many other beautiful beaches within 1-2 miles from the house.
