I rent beach house all veranda, sea view, high, down to the Marina Condominium, with great ventilation and structure.

The house has 6 suites that accommodate 5 people each, totaling 30 internally accommodated guests and a balcony with capacity to accommodate 20 people in hammocks, all rooms have closets.

The house also has Wi-Fi Internet (50 MB) in all its structure, including the leisure area (pool / deck).

All rooms have ceiling fans, being equipped with double bed + one single bed + place for 2 hammocks. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, blender, sandwich maker, water cooler, crockery for 50 guests, and other household items such as pans and others.

Deck consists of tables, chairs, pool with waterfall, barbecue, pool, stereo (mp3), freezer, wifi, two bathrooms (male and female) and green area.

We also offer the kitchen service, (homemade that are accommodated in your private house in the Mansion complex). Ideal for those seeking leisure, privacy and comfort.

If there is an interest in providing this service, the
VALUE SHOULD BE SET DIRECTLY WITH THE COUPLE. (We provide prior contact for negotiation).

NOTE 1: We only rent with the housekeepers (who are discreet and know how to provide all the necessary privacy).

NOTE 2: The value for commemorative dates / holidays such as Carnival, Holy Week, New Year and other holidays respect different table.

NOTE 3: We rent preferably for family groups.

NOTE 4: $ 100 Cleaning Fee.

NOTE 5: The house undergoes constant renovations in order to provide improvements to visitors! We accept suggestions, because our goal is to retain our guests !!!
