Hidden luxury in Mediterranean garden, on the sea frond

Villas Olive, together with villa Stone, are located on the island of Paros, close to the small fishing village of Alyki, looking west towards the island of Antiparos. The area has only a few sizeable villas owned by Athenians, no noisy restaurants, beach bars etc. Even in mid-August the area is quiet and the small beaches that surround the villas are almost empty. The seaside is a string of small and bigger sand beaches, interspersed with stretches of rock. Natural vegetation is preserved, and gardens are laid with Mediterranean flora. The location offers beautiful sunset views. One can combine seclusion with access to the busy life of Paros: nightlife, windsurfing and all that. Very few spots in the Cyclades can offer this combination.

The two luxury villas are built on a plot of land of 6,000 sq.m., on the seafront, gently sloping to the sea. Two small beaches border the plot, and several others are within few minutes walk, in both directions. Some are sheltered from the “meltemi” wind.

Olive and Stone villas, built in 2006, are both in the same plot, at a distance of 15 meters from each other. They have been designed by Zoumboulakis Architects in a meticulous minimalist style: a combination of exposed stone walls and Cycladic white volumes, grey stone and cement floors, concrete and exposed white straw ceilings, grey casings and shutters, numerous windows, clean lines. The whole is a very serene environment, exploiting to maximum natural light and views from inside, unifying indoor and outdoor spaces.

Olive villa is offered for rent. It is built on two levels of 180 sq.m. The ground floor level consists of the living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances .

There are three double bedrooms, all with “en suite” shower rooms, (one of the bedrooms with loft, sleeping 1 teenager). Two bedrooms are on the second level and have spacious verandas. All bedrooms have airconditioning.

Staff room and bathroom, storage and utility rooms occupy the basement ((an additional 65 sq.m.)

The outside area offers verandas with pergolas and a wonderful west sea view and sunset. The swimming pool, of 12,75 by 3,75 meters, has a large shaded area with sofa beds. It is used by Olive Villa guests only.
