Positives: Great bedrooms and apartment layout. Nice amenities in the kitchen. Downside: location compared to VRBO pin is close to 1kilometer further out of town. Building entry and lobby dirty with unpleasant odor. 1 Bathroom was not as clean as the others.

For clarity, the listing location is accurate and matches the VRBO map pin. The apartment is directly opposite Kozmo Hotel & Spa and next to Corvin Shopping Centre, both centrally located in Budapest. The apartment itself is on the top floor with wraparound balconies, providing a bright and well-ventilated space. Any comments regarding building common areas are outside of our direct control, though we do pass feedback to building management when needed. Cleanliness is taken seriously and the apartment is professionally serviced before each stay. Our team is available 24/7 and would have addressed any issue immediately if raised during the stay.
