We are an Owner-Occupied, 2 unit building with 2 separate, private apartments. This listing is for the separate and private Upper Apartment on the second floor, while we occupy the lower apartment with our 3 little children.

Cable TV in every Bedroom! Only 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or Bills Stadium!

This apartment is guaranteed sanitized for each guest's stay, using Hotel Grade sanitizers, cleaners & equipment, & of course, Sanitary Cycle linens & towels.

Avoid being fooled by other listings' "great locations", few photos, lack of amenities (like Cable TV in every bedroom), or anything less than Guaranteed Sanitized accommodations...

We are located approx. 1 mile north of City Hall, Downtown Buffalo, Very Close to all the action, without the frustration of Urban Noise...

- 1 mile East to Elmwood Avenue & Allentown, with Restaurants & Shops.

- 1 mile South to Downtown Entertainment, Theatres, Key Bank Center Arena, and Canalside waterfront.

- Highway access in 1 minute! (Interstate 190)

- 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or New Era Field (Buffalo Bills Stadium)

Welcome to our home. As you make your way up through the Gates, you'll be met with awe inspiring views from almost every angle. Enter through the front door at the base of the turret with your own Keypad code.

The apartment is "L" shaped; combined with several hallway doors, this creates great privacy between bedrooms; and between the bedrooms and the Living Room/Dining Room & Kitchen.

Each Bedroom has it's own A/C Window Unit. Another A/C unit cools down the Dining & Living Room, & one unit in the Kitchen. This is not "Central Air". Air Conditioner units are seasonally removed around October 1st (depending on weather forecasts).

While we maintain high standards for our curb appeal and landscaping "look", seasonal factors such as drought or excess humidity may impact grass and landscaping "look", but always above the rest! Also as good home owners always do, we may have occasional property upgrades occurring, however nothing that would affect your stay Inside the private separate apartment.

What a comfortable stay! The hosts were so kind and communicative to our needs. The residence is incredibly clean (we particularly noticed the vacuum lines). Truly a wonderful place to stay and should we ever make our way back to Buffalo - we would absolutely look to stay here again.

Very communicative host. Welcomed us when we arrived. The home was very cozy and clean. We had a couple small issues, but they were resolved very quickly. They do request that you take off your shoes before entering the unit. While my family had not problem with it, I was not a fan of this rule (although I did abide by it.)

Four of us spent the night for a girls weekend. We had a fabulous time at this location. We could tell the owners put in a lot of time and attention to make sure our stay was perfect. Everything was so clean and cozy!! We truly loved it here. A home away from home. We will return!

The home, the grounds and the park across the street are beautiful. Highly recommend the stay at Castle Oasis. It's a pleasant oasis that is accommodating, clean, very spacious and bright. The owners are kind, professional and take great care of their home. Parking is a major plus!! And they are perfectly located next to the Peace Bridge to Canada, the downtown area, Allentown, Elmwood Village and blocks away from the major thruway. It's easily accessible from all directions. The bedrooms are large, and I LOVE the grand master bedroom with the half bath attached. Bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. Love this home and I'm planning to stay here again for my next trip to Buffalo.

Great Fall weekend

My friends and I came to stay for the weekend to go to the Buffalo Bills game. It was an easy drive to there as well as to Niagara Falls. We did accidentally go to the bridge to Canada upon arrival at night as the GPS seemed a little confused, so just be aware of this when you arrive! The house was very clean and the check in process was very easy. It was not quite walkable to bars or restaurants, but it was a very quick drive or cheap Uber ride. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Grand Property for Niagra Stay

This is an excellent property, run like a true business, with a extreme amount of professionalism. The rooms are incredibly spacious and kept immaculate. There are house rules, like no shoes indoors, but that adds to the cleanliness, and supports international guests and cultural standards of cleanliness. The layout is a little quirky with a center kitchen with many closing doors, which are for fire safety and may not be suitable if you are staying with young children, but with older children or multi-couple guests, it adds a layer of privacy. Hosts Nicole and Joe and wonderful. They met my college-aged daughter as he arrived early, and made her feel at home. Communication is a bit different than other VRBO's I have stayed in, as they only communicate through the APP. Directions for entry were on the APP and I had missed that, and their contact number is a google phone number. but rest assured, this is truly a legitimately run, in fact a very professionally run 5-star property. Highly recommended.

For us, this was a perfect base for our Niagara Falls visit. House was super clean, and owners (downstairs) were very responsive to communications, and actively manage their property to maintain standards and guest satisfaction. There is convenient grocery shopping closeby too. Some of the house rules are a little unique, but also quite understandable, so just pay attention and everything will go smoothly. We would definitely stay here again. We drove up from DC. Stopped at Corning Glass Museum on the way - this is a really good destination for a mid trip stop in the way to Niagara / Buffalo - just allow enough time to enjoy the extensive and interesting museum & shopping!

Perfect stay

Traveled to Buffalo for a concert and found this listing. I've used Vrbo for years and this was the cleanest place I've stayed in. Easy to find and close to Buffalo center. Next time we travel to Buffalo for a show I'll check this listing for availability.

Great location, classy accommodation

The house is located in west Buffalo in a great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, parking on site and even a park across the street. The accommodation has 3 very large bedrooms and a decent size kitchen and living room. There are several rules which you need to pay attention to, specifically considering the use of electrical devices and air conditioners, overall we had no issues with the rules but I’d encourage a younger crowd or people that have young children to be prepared for them. I would rent again if I return to Buffalo.
