Remodeled duplex in highly desirable Coral Ridge, walking distance to beach, mall, bars/restaurants. 2 bed/2 bath will comfortably accommodate your party of 4. King size bed, two twin beds; remodeled bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, TVs in both bedrooms. W/D on site. Tropical backyard,heated pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, patio lounge.

Great place

Great place to stay, we had no issues. I would stay here again. Close to food options, nice private back patio to hang out in and a very nice pool.

PROPERTY IS SHARED WITH OTHER ACUPENS AND MOST OF THE TIME POOL WAS DIRTY

The neighborhood is great ,host only by text communication and a bit nasty . they had RATS in property BIG ones 2 of them we were shocked and discussed for 35 years that we go to Florida NEVER we saw RATS . pool was dirty most of the time when is complained to the host she would brush me of the laundry room was dirty when I asked that is this 2 unit house and shared pool yes it's duplex. DUBLEX IS TWO FLOORS there are no 2 floor unit. Second bedroom mattresses were horrible. furniture was bit up bathrooms wall next to toilet was all scratched and a dirty +tub +vents full with dust . We tried to make the best out of it and it was paid already. other occupants also said they had lots of stuff broken by them. We have video and pictures to prove it.

Great location and space.

Great house and location. We enjoyed our stay for the most part….. One issue we had was with the pool vacuum. It was left running when we arrived and startled the kids. We recommend having the vacuum turned off and out of the pool before guests arrive. Provide clear instructions as well. We like clean pools, but we like safe pools more. The long vacuums are dangerous for small kids.

Beautiful inside and out

Not wanting to be negative because we did really enjoy all of the amenities. The weather was lovely during our stay and we would have used the grill if it was in better condition.

Florida Living at its Best!

We spent two weeks in this property. The house was exceptionally clean. It had everything you’d need! I even hosted two dinner parties! The pool and backyard is fabulous! I would highly recommend this property for a long term stay. It’s located perfectly for many dining options, beach choices and tourist attractions.

Wonderful place & location

We stayed for 6 weeks at this Coral Ridge rental and really loved it. The place is nicely updated, well-equipped, roomy, and has fantastic outdoor spaces! The pool and backyard are lovely, and it was very relaxing. We also really loved being able to walk to most things - many restaurants in the north beach area, the beach/ocean (12 minute walk), grocery store, liquor store, spa, mall/shopping, and 2 beautiful parks. Also close to equipment rental areas for kayaking, canoeing, bicycling, etc. Claire (manager) and her colleagues was also very helpful and responsive, and we met the cleaning person (Gilda) who did a beautiful job getting the unit ready. Highly recommend this place. Top notch management company and unit owner. The neighborhood is also very nice with many terrific homes nearby. Great place to walk.
