Seasons 4 condo #181 (sleeps up to 4 guests) will welcome you with beautiful wood floors, open concept kitchen, an automated pellet stove.

Sleeping arrangements: private bedroom hosts a Cal King Bed (new memory foam mattress) - bunk area in an alcove off the entry has a twin top and bottom bunk (new memory foam mattresses).

Amenities -
Living room: Sofa with two reclining chairs and a 55" large flat screen smart TV w/ ROKU built in - Pellet stove with glass viewing area (automated heat, cleaner and more efficient then wood).
Bedroom: Flat screen TV with an additional sink.
Bathroom: Vanity area with sink and a separate room with tub/shower enclosure and toilet.
Kitchen: Beautiful wood cabinets with stainless appliances, the kitchen is open to the living room so you may visit, be part of the group and prepare food as well. Kitchen has all the basic cooking and eating utensils.
Equipment Closet outside for ski and snowboard storage.

This unit allows for 1 vehicle

Steps from the shuttle that will take you to the Village or Canyon Lodge in the winter or to the Lakes Basin bike path in the summer. Convenient location, great mountain condo and ready for you to enjoy and complete you Mammoth getaway!

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.

Quick ski trip

Really nice property. I’ve stayed at numerous properties in the mammoth region and this one was very good. Quality bed, clean, etc. would definitely stay at this property again!

Lovely one bedroom condo close to it all

This Seasons 4 condo worked perfectly for our small family. Located right across the street from Lakes Basin Path for walking and also has just a short downhill walk to the Village. The unit was outfitted with many board games and came with a Roku TV. While the password for the Roku TV was not provided, we did bring our Apple TV for our entertainment during the trip. The kitchen had pretty much everything, to include a blender and an air fryer. The amenities at Seasons 4 were ample: large pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, recreation room, and coin-operated laundry. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if traveling with a small family of 3-4 people.

This condo is perfect for a couples getaway! We loved it. Thank you! Fireplace is fast a warm! Heater works well. Beds are comfortable! Great location!

Excellent stay for ski trips!

This property was fantastic! Very cozy and clean with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking and baking post skiing. Extremely close to canyon lodge lifts as well as the village and convenient parking and ski storage. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice facility within condo complex, condo is decent

Decent small condo, could use updating and some decent pans to cook with. Does not have AC (as an fyi) so it does get hot unless you open the windows. People up above were quite loud and you can hear the water running from the upstairs unit, so best to bring a loud sound machine. The downstairs bedroom has a window that we opened, however we were woken up in the middle of the night to someone breathing heavily outside that window that faces the parking lot which freaked us out. The bunk beds need a railing up top - we could not use the top bed as it did not have a railing! So overall I would say the unit is more of a 3 rating, however the common area/facility is great with a large jacuzzi, pool, sauna and game room, which we loved.

Great Place

This property was clean and the kitchen looked like it was newly renovated. The bed was really comfortable- I think it may have been one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The unit kept us warm and had internet and cable tv so it kept us entertained. The keyless door entry was also very convenient. Would stay here again.
