Completely renovated 2 bed 2 bath apartment in downtown Frankfort. Luxury apartment is fully furnished and only 3 blocks from the beach, right above FrankZ restaurant and bar. Overlooks Betsie Bay. Right in the heart of charming Frankfort. 25 minute drive to Sleeping Bear dunes, 15 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski and golf, 25 minutes to Arcadia Bluff golf course and 40 minutes to Traverse City.

Minimum 3 night rental October-June 16th.

Minimum 7 night rental June 17th through September. Saturday to Saturday rental only.

A beautiful loft apartment from the kitchen appliances to the furniture. Real art on the walls and antique pieces used as vanities and bedside tables. Lovely bed linens and fluffy towels. It is a short walk to the beach and pier. One of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in.

This is a great property with easy access to all Frankfort has to offer. Being in the heart of downtown, the restaurants and shops are right there and the beach is only a few blocks down Main Street. The condo is very well finished with quality beds, linens, and furniture. We had no issues at all but Kellie reached out nonetheless to ensure everything was going well with the rental. We are hoping to return next summer.

Perfect location for a beachtown getaway

This property exceeded expectations. The 180 degree view of Main St is hard to beat, and our kids were thrilled to be so near the ice cream shops. The large open layout for the kitchen and living room were great for family game night, and it was very clean and nicely appointed

Why they chose this property

This 100 year old building on Main Street is a gem!! Not only is is right in the best part of downtown but it is only 3 blocks from the beach and has a view of Betsie Bay. The 1600 square foot apartment has been completely remodeled down to the studs! It is a really cool apartment in a great location. FrankZ restaurant and bar is right downstairs. It is steps away from shopping and other great restaurants/bars. The beach, swimming, biking and all types of outdoor activities are all around for you to explore.
