Completely renovated 2 bed 2 bath apartment in downtown Frankfort. Luxury apartment is fully furnished and only 3 blocks from the beach, right above FrankZ restaurant and bar. Overlooks Betsie Bay. Right in the heart of charming Frankfort. 25 minute drive to Sleeping Bear dunes, 15 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski and golf, 25 minutes to Arcadia Bluff golf course and 40 minutes to Traverse City.

Minimum 3 night rental October-June 16th.

Minimum 7 night rental June 17th through September. Saturday to Saturday rental only.

This is a great property with easy access to all Frankfort has to offer. Being in the heart of downtown, the restaurants and shops are right there and the beach is only a few blocks down Main Street. The condo is very well finished with quality beds, linens, and furniture. We had no issues at all but Kellie reached out nonetheless to ensure everything was going well with the rental. We are hoping to return next summer.

The apartment was beautifully remodeled, decorated, and furnished! Family members loved the location, which was on the second floor right on Main Street. Lovely condo in Frankfort.

This condo is very comfortable and modern with new appliances and large spa-inspired bathrooms. It is in a great location and is very large for a two bedroom condo. The living and dining rooms are spacious and luxurious and the kitchen and laundry rooms are well-stocked. We would definitely try to book this unit again!

Perfect location for a beachtown getaway

This property exceeded expectations. The 180 degree view of Main St is hard to beat, and our kids were thrilled to be so near the ice cream shops. The large open layout for the kitchen and living room were great for family game night, and it was very clean and nicely appointed

Frankfort Is A Gem

The property is very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. My wife upon arriving said that she could stay a month she enjoyed it so much. Being on Main Street in Frankfort was very convenient for watching the sunset every night on Frankfort Beach and being so close to the shops and restaurants. We hope to make it back next summer!

Perfect Frankfort Getaway

Honestly, could not have had a more perfect Frankfort vacation. I spent every summer here as a kid and have now introduced Frankfort to my kids and they absolutely adore it. This rental was the best place we have ever stayed here, no competition. If I were a complete jerk I would say this place was terrible and keep it all to myself.

This was our second stay at this great rental. It’s so convenient to everything in Frankfort—the beach, shops, restaurants, etc and with a real kitchen and space to host friends for dinner. It’s a little more than a stone’s throw to Elberta and Beulah/Crystal Lake. And dedicated parking!! ❤️

This apartment is a gem

We stay at this apartment every year now because it really works for our family and extended family. The apartment is spacious, and each family has its private space too, with their own bathrooms. The couch serves as extra sleeping space too, for any family or friends that drop in. It is beautifully appointed, so comfortable, and you really can enjoy each other in the main space where everyone has a spot to do there own thing. The owner is very responsive to all situations and acts expediently to resolve any issues. She's amazing! Thank you so much for another amazing year in one of our favorite places anywhere!

Why they chose this property

This 100 year old building on Main Street is a gem!! Not only is is right in the best part of downtown but it is only 3 blocks from the beach and has a view of Betsie Bay. The 1600 square foot apartment has been completely remodeled down to the studs! It is a really cool apartment in a great location. FrankZ restaurant and bar is right downstairs. It is steps away from shopping and other great restaurants/bars. The beach, swimming, biking and all types of outdoor activities are all around for you to explore.
