A little about us…..Cavin is the Principal at nearby Denison High School. Carrie is the lead counselor at Denison High School. As you can see from our photo, we are huge Oklahoma State Cowboys as we both attended college there.

Why they chose this property
We built the detached garage/apartment when our children were teenagers. They are now both living away. Because it is empty most of the time we wanted to share it with others. It is a great location with a nice view.
What makes this property unique
You will enjoy the wrap around 2nd-floor deck overlooking the abandoned golf course (sad) and lake on the golf course. Beautiful sunset views. Great walking trails on the cart paths.
