Quirky house with great pool near the beach

We had a great time at this house. The pool is amazing and there's tons of space. It's a quirky layout, but great for multiple families with 2 separate living quarters separated by a garage. The house could use some updating and repair. We had a couple of issues with the A/C and appliances, which were quickly resolved. Overall, an awesome house and location!

Lovely Property

Lots of space for adult working from home. Grandkids lived by the marvelous pool and hot tub. Great location

Our stay at 3950 Mooney st

The property handles large groups very well. As was stated in earlier reviews, the house is kind of chopped up but made it nice for separate living areas if necessary. Also as earlier reviews noted, it is outdated but we knew that going into the rental. Communication with the property manager was less than adequate. Upon our arrival the only thing she told us was the code to get inside and a trick to the kitchen door. When asked for more info, I had a hard time getting it. It took 8 days to finally get the binder with information such as Wi-Fi, area activities, and things we normally would get when arriving at a vrbo. I let her know I was disappointed in a text and after that she never responded to my texts. Property was as expected, but Nancy, the property manager was not.

Awesome house and pool

We loved this house. It's a funky layout, with lots of room to spread out. The pool is amazing and was nicely shaded in the afternoons. It was a short drive to the beach and convenient to the grocery. The only minor complaints were the house could use some maintenance and the wifi was a bit spotty. Overall, would highly recommend.

Pool is a 10, location is great, layout is funky as it feels like two separate houses. Furniture is getting old, house in general definitely needs updating and general maintenance. All in all was a great place and had fun.
